However, listed below are safety pointers which must be followed in order to protect personnel and property. 1 2 ‘Align hoist fora straight line pull. Do not use limit switches to stop the heist in normal operation, Do not operate hoist with twisted, kinked or damaged chain Donot operate a damaged or malfunctioning hoist until necessary adjustments or repairs have been made. De not lift more than the rated capacity ofthe hoist and trolley. ‘Do not leave a load suspended in the air unattended, Avoid jogging controls or quick reversals of load. Always remove load and disconnect hoist from power supply before making repairs, Do not remodel the trolley. In ease that remodeling 's necessary, please contact the nearest Hitachi representative.
