Purpose of the Job
Performs basic technical activities to service the customer directly or through customer interface,
under supervision and following defined procedures
Report Handling consists of Daily Operations Activity Report, Shift Handover Report and other
ad-hoc report.
Network Monitoring Centre (NMC) Engineer is responsible for:
- Monitoring the accuracy of the Network (24x7)
- Undertaking the necessary actions to maintain network services to the customers
- Utilizing alarm and Network Performance tools in an integrated Network Management System
- Alarm handling
- Fault Prioritization and Categorization
- Generating Trouble Ticket
- Assigning Trouble Ticket
- Fault and Management Escalation.
- Interface:
-- Customer Care
-- Network Planning & Engineering
-- Field Operation
-- Network Operations Centre- Fault Management
-- Third Parties
Desired skills :
• Person with good communication in Hindi and English.
• Willingness to work in Shifts.
• Team player.
Must have:
Team Player & Good interpersonal skills.
Must be ready to work as per customer demands in 24*7 support and may be required to
support in continuous night shifts if required.
Very good communication skill is a must.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Good knowledge of MS Office.
EDUCATION:BE/B.Tech or equivalent technical degree
