Personal Report:
From my perspective, the most impressive part of the course is to learn how to
use theoretical knowledge, such as principles and strategies, to optimize the
interests of self-party and the results of the negotiation. After observing
negotiation from other groups in the class, I noticed that some groups readily
focus on detailed disputes yet forget about the overall structure and main
problems. I think negotiators should always remind themselves of their initial
targets.
