In this current periode of global trade and in the future as well as the
role of private companies has contributed many instrumental in the sale
of fuel specialys at downstream levels . Services trade and distribution
of fuel oil and gas has entered a new era. Changes in laws and
government regulations in Indonesia has been growing a new business
pattern that led to the entry of god competition in the marketing
services and distribution services sectors in the regional country.

Responding to these conditions, PT. Golden Mutiara Line was born and
looking that this situation is good business opportunity forward and
participate and assist the government in terms of smoothness and even
distribution services of oil and gas’s fuel to the community of users
across the country. Finally, we have and will continue to improve the
best service for our customers .

On behalf of the Board of Directors and the company, with this we offer
the company profile to make spirit growhing for the future. We are
many thanks to stakeholders, partners, customers, and all parties for any
support given.

 2. Background & History
PT. Golden Mutiara Line is National Shipping Company which was
established on 6 November 1996 by the Company's Certificate of
Incorporation No. 7, Notary Usman Koloay, SH in Batam Operational
license as one of the National Shipping Company with a Business Licence
Sea Transport Company ( SIUPAL ) Number : B.XXV/2215 AL.58/2002 (
Based on Government Regulation No.82 of 1999 on Transport in the
Waters ) . PT. Golden Mutiara Line with its Head Office based in Jalan
Jawi - Jawi No. 29 , Selat Panjang, Bengkalis, Riau . Representative
counter ticket booths include : Selat Panjang Port , Tanjung Samak Port
and Tanjung Balai Karimun Port, Sekupang Port, Batam. PT. Golden
Mutiara Line also opened a branch office operations in Batam at
Bumisarana Block Z No. 10, Sei Jodoh, Batam City.

Business development in the future will add some new ferry fleet to open
the route new line in Indonesia. Including the provision of business
development at Roro Ship, Cargo Ship, Tanker Ship and Barge Ship.
Welcomed the development of the maritime world and global challenges,
PT. Golden Mutiara Line and other subsidiaries also conduct cooperation
in the Management of Domestic Ferry Port and Shipping Agency Services.

PT. Golden Mutiara Line also given Marine Transportation and Inland
Transportation services in cooperative with Oil and Gas Refenery and
Regional Fuel Trading Company.

A. Acomodation Work Barge (AWB).

One of any product services from PT. Golden Mutiara Line, we are
provide Acomodation Work Barge (AWB) and Crew Boat Services for
support with Offshore Project. We are ready to give time charter
contract or joint operation with crew boat transportation. We was joint
opeartion with Oil and Gas company in Indonesia. We ready to serving
or joint operation with Acomodation Work Barge and transportation
crew boat at this project with complete or comprehensive services.

B. Dredging & Reclamation Services
PT. Golden Mutiara Line one of our services are services suction sea sand
for reclamation. We provide some of the suction vessel to suit the various
needs of our clients needs. We are ready to cooperate with contractors play
in supporting the reclamation project. We have employees and human
resources proficient and professional in his field. We are also to offering
competitive prices with good as well as service and satisfaction as our
primary goal.

c. Freight Charter TugBoat & Barge

PT. Golden Mutiara Line , is one of the National Shipping Company

with Freight Charter Transportation Services for any Cargo like : Iron
Ore, Iron Sand, Coal, Stone Bolder and etc. We serviced for National
Line traject or Ocean Going or International shipment with LCT Ship
and Cargo Ship.

PT. Golden Mutiara Line was also serviced in Time Charter with
Tugboat & Barge monthly or yearly. We are start six month until one year
or more to Time Charter Tugboat & Barge capacity 270 Feet, 300 Feet
and 365 feet.

D. Shipping Agency Services

PT. Golden Mutiara Line in cooperation with the Embassy of Panama in

Jakarta, also caters specifically Panamanian flagged ships in procuring
Supplies for Fuel, Fumigation, quarantine,Water and Food. And also
domestic ships and other foreigners in general. We was provide in
document of shipment for loading and unloading services. PT. Golden
Mutiara Line worked with several agents who are in Region Sailing
Batam Port, Kuala Tungkal Port, Bengkulu Port, Tanjung Priok Port,
Pontianak Port and Surabaya Port.
