Process Engineer

Job description:
- Be in charge of new product’s process assessment and deployment
- Evaluate and improve process in term of quality, cost and productivity
- Create a strong relationship with technical teams of suppliers and other sites of Avery
Dennison to review, update and sustain technical development (machines’ software/
firmware/ hardware related to printing, paper tag/ sticker manufacturing and RFID
technology)
- Shop floor support and provide solutions for technical (product, machine) and process
issues
- Define, review process/ machine operational documentation to support successfully
deployment of solutions and deliver training to technicians and operators
- Regularly audit to ensure data accuracy (machine efficiency, scrap)
Job requirement:
- Graduated in Automation/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Manufacturing/ Mechatronics
Engineering or relevant major
- Be efficient in English (verbal and nonverbal) (TOEIC ≥ 600)
- Proficient in office software operation (Microsoft Office/ Google Office)
- Well organized individual with an ability to handle multiple deadline driven projects
simultaneously
- Open minded, strong ability to work as part of a team and with different departments
- Fresh graduate or up to 3 years working experience

 Technician
Job description:

- Ensure safe and optimal operation of production process and machines (labeling,
lamination, die-cut, RFID related, inkjet, printing and RFID inspection)
- Perform troubleshooting to resolve operational issues and provide support for technical
and maintenance team
- Update product’s process, machine operational procedures and assist PE (Process
Engineer) to prepare job pack documentation (5S, cleaning of machines, manual, SOP),
training operator if needed
- Assist PE to review and update new technical development (software, firmware,
hardware)
- Monitor machine performance (downtime, efficiency) and report to PE
- Support production and QC team to repair and upgrade tools and facilities
Job requirement:
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience
- Technical understanding and interest
- English communication (TOEIC ≥ 400)
- Proficient in office software operation (Microsoft Office/ Google Office)
- Strong ability to work as part of a team
- Fresh graduate or up to 3 years working experience
