ADDENDUM CONTRACT FOR SALE AND PURCHASE OF INDONESIAN CRUSHED STONE IN BULK DATED,
APRIL 15th, 2019, hereinafter is referred to as AGREEMENT.

By and between:

PT. PHILINDO JAYA, a company incorporated under the laws of Indonesia, having its registered office address at
Jl.H.A.W Syahrani No.66 RT.21 Pinang Raya – Kutim, Indonesia, represented by TITUS PRAPTONO as the President
Director and therefore is acting for and on behalf of the company, hereinafter referred to as SELLER CARGO.

address at Jalan Sakti Lubis No.16 Kel. Sitirejo li Kec.Medan Amplas Kota Medan, Indonesia, represented by Mohd.
Johari Bin Kamarudinas the Director and therefore is acting for and on behalf of the company, hereinafter referred to
as SELLER BENEFICIARY.

M/S AJ ENTERPRISE, a company incorporated under the laws of Bangladesh, having its registered office address
at Bhatiary Railway Station road, Sitankunda, Chitagong bangladesh, represented by Mohammad Alim Uddin as
the On the Behalf of Proprietor and therefore is acting for and on behalf of the company, hereinafter referred to as
BUYER,

SELLER or BUYER individually hereinafter also referred to as PARTY. SELLER and BUYER together hereinafter
also referred to as PARTIES or THE PARTIES

By this AGREEMENT, the SELLER agrees to sell to BUYER and the BUYER agrees to buy from SELLER the
commodity specified below as per mentioned terms and conditions:

The addendum to this agreement is a unity and binding contract with crushed stone sale and purchase agreement
number : PTPJMSAJ/0102/2019 dated April 1st 2019

The Addendum to this Agreement only changes a number of articles from crushed stone sale and purchase
agreement number : PTPJMSAJ/0102/2019 dated April 1 st 2019. For articles which are not regulated in this
addendum, the articles in crushed stone sale and purchase agreement number : PTPJMSAJ/0102/2019 dated April 1 st
2019 considered unchanged.

Provisions for changes in this addendum are as follows:

Article 1

Changes to the Seller Beneficiary Bank Account from PT. Bangun Sarana Enggal to PT. HMG Global Worldwide
regarding this change. PT. HMG Global Worldwide is involved in the contract as a Seller Beneficiary.

Article 2

Changes made Article 9 Payment Terms becomes as follows :
