ClubExpress Fits Your Budget

Affordable ClubExpress fees are based on the number of active members in your club or association.
These fees include all modules and advanced functionality – we don’t charge extra for the good stuff!

Low Monthly Fees Only 40¢ per member per month (for clubs up to 100 members.)
For clubs with 101 – 250 members, the fee is 36¢ / member / month.
For clubs with 251 – 500 members, the fee is 32¢ / member / month.
For clubs with 501 – 1000 members, the fee is 28¢ / member / month.
For clubs with 1001 – 1500 members, the fee is 24¢ / member / month.
For clubs with 1501 – 2000 members, the fee is 20¢ / member / month.
For clubs with 2001 – 2500 members, the fee is 18¢ / member / month.
For clubs with 2501 – 3000 members, the fee is 16¢ / member / month.
For clubs with 3001 – 5000 members, the fee is 14¢ / member / month.
For clubs with 5001 – 8000 members, the fee is 12¢ / member / month.
For clubs with over 8000 members, the fee is 10¢ / member / month.
This fee applies to active primary members only. You are not
charged for expired or dropped members. ClubExpress also supports
multi-person memberships; additional people with login privileges are
charged at ½ the rates listed above. We also don’t charge for the non-
member database of additional contacts as long as it’s reasonably in
proportion to the size of the active member database.
There is a minimum fee of $24 per month. Small clubs are welcome!
No long-term contract. The fee is charged at the end of the month
and covers the following month of service. You can cancel at any time
during the month and we won’t charge you further.

What We Don’t Charge For Website hosting – it’s included.

Disk space – your club website can be as large as you need.
Traffic – your club website can be as busy as you can make it.
Documents, hi-res photos and videos – store as many as you want.
Blast Emails – send as many as you need.

ClubExpress hosting fees include

unlimited technical support for admins and members!

If members have a problem logging in, renewing their membership,

registering for an event, making a payment, updating their profile,
changing their password, etc., they can call us and we will provide first line support.

Credit Card Fees No markup on credit card transactions. We pass through actual
processing fees from our merchant processor at cost.
• Visa & Discover 2.39% plus 20¢ per transaction
• MasterCard 2.89% plus 20¢ per transaction
• American Express 3.30% plus 20¢ per transaction

If you prefer, you can also use your own merchant account with no
additional ClubExpress fees whatsoever. PayPal is also supported.
