closing exercises. The theme for this year’s moving up ceremony is “ K TO 12 LEARNERS: READY FOR LIFE’S CHALLENGE”
o sa wikang tagalog “ MAG-ARAL NG K TO 12; HANDA SA HAMON NG BUHAY. Tunghayan natin ang magsisipagtapos sa
kanilang pagdiwang sa tagumpay na kanilang makakamtan. I am Miss JOLLY GAY O. TAUTO-AN, your host for today’s
ceremony.
Ladies and gentlemen let us welcome the completers class of 2017-2018 and the very proud parents as they trek
the golden trail of success- the high school completion! And please remain standing for the singing of our national
Anthem, Invocation and our Zambo. Sur march.
Words of welcome
Once again, goodmorning to one and all and welcome to the 1st MOVING YP CEREMONY and 3rd RRECOGNITION
DAY of Tambulig National High School Tuluan Extension.
There is a good reason why we call these ceremonies “moving up” in the sense that moving up is not the end
but rather a beginning. Moving up is a time of completion and and a time of finishing the JUNIOR Hugh School. However,
it is also a time of celebration of achievement and a beginning for the new completers. The very essence of completion
day is the culmination of the learners’ scholastic obligations and the fulfillment of their dreams in a particular facet of
education for the Junior High School.
To formally open this program, let us call in MISSS PHOEMELENE ANNE C. TIK-ING, a grade 7 adviser to give us
some words of welcome.
THANKYOU SO MUCH MAAM AND SIR AND MY PROFOUND CONGRATULATONS TO OUR DEAR COMPLETERS.!!
Inspirational Message
At this point , let us listen to the message to be given to us by our Dynamic, energetic, approachable and
motherly principal Dr. Cecila Zamoras Colegado. A hand please!
Thankyou for your words maam. It was indeed a very inspirational message.
You just received your certificate of completion! Again CONGRATULATIONS! You are educated. Your certificate is
your accomplishment. You may think of it as the ticket to the good life but let me ask you to think of an alternative.
Think of it as your ticket to change the world.
Awarding of HONORS.
Giving recognition to the students for their exemplary scholastic performance would definitely encourage them
to exert more efforts and to go for further excellence. This would also foster others to do the same. I am indeed
delightful to give this microphone to Mr. Felecisimo G. abadilla Jr. the grade 10 adviser for the awarding of medals to the
completers. This is to be followed by the different sections from the lower years. Freesia, Azalea,Rhodendron, Mimosa.
What a beautiful song indeed! I hope it inspires you all to take a bigger step. It is absolutely true that we need to take a
step to the journey that begins, spread our wings to soar above the horizon because we shall find a place for us, a place
where hope is alive because of our dreams.
Thank you very much MS. RAYMIE JEAN E. PALER. The theme is indeed apt to our current economic and social
situation. This is an immense challenge to all our completers to exemplify the real and ideal characteristics of Filipino
youth. You are now the “saving grace” of the youth unemployment of our country. So, make yourself an epitome of
excellence through laborious efforts and constant struggle.
Acknowledgement
AT THIS JUNCTURE, I AM GOING TO TURN OVER THIS MICROPHONE TO OUR GRADE 10 adviser to acknowledge those
different individuals who made this ceremony possible.
