Malipayon Village, Brgy. Tiza, Roxas City, Capiz do hereby name, appoint and
constitute, JEAN ROSE GEVERO, of legal age, single, Filipino and a resident of Brgy.
Agambulong, Jamindan, Capiz, to be my true and lawful, ATTORNEY-IN-FACT, in
my name and on our behalf, to do and perform all or any of the following acts:
1. To authorize my ATTORNEY-IN-FACT to process and to transact with BIR
Revenue District Roxas for the application of closure/cessation of my
business, Trendthing RTW located at Hughes Street, Roxas City, Capiz.

2. To sign documents related to the processing of my business tax

registration.

3. To perform all other acts to carry out the above purpose.
