LEASE AGREEMENT /RENT DEED

THIS AGREEMRNT OF LEASE/RENT made at Lahore on this 10th day of 2018.


BETWEEN
Mr. Muhammad Amjad Khan S/O Mr. Zafar Ali, R/O House No. SUI Army Housing Authority,
DHA Lahore Cantt, holding CNIC No 352023-665657-1, (hereinafter called the LESOR, ANDR
ORD, of the ONE PART).
(AND)
Mr. Imran Zaffar S/O Mr. Zaffar Ullah Khan R/O House No. 202-Z, Phase-3 DHA Lahore Cantt.
Including CNIC No. 31202-0299796-5, (hereinafter) referred to ns the LESSE/TENANT of the
OTHER PART).

NOW THIS INDENTURE WITNESSTII AS FOLLOWS:

4. That the LESSOR/LANDLORD herby acknowledges recipes of the sum Rs.250,000/-


(Rupees Two Lac Fifty Thousand only) from the LESSEE/TENANT fixed deposit
/Security which shall be refunded to the LESSEE/TENANT on giving be the vacant
possession of the Demised premises after deduction damages /shortages /outstanding bills
for Electricity, water Telephone Conservancy a charges etc. against the Demised Premises.

5. That the LESSEE /TENANT will be bound to pay the Defence Raya Golf & Country Club
Monthly Charges.

THE LESSEE/TENANT HEREBY JOINTLY COVENANTS WITH THE


LESSOR/LANDLORD AS FOLLOWS:-

1. To pay to the LESSOR/LANDLORD the rent herby reserved in the manner here before
mentioned.

2. That the LESSEE/TENANT shall not at any time during the said tenure without the consent
in writing of the LESSOR/LANDLORD pull down damage or make all structural
alternations or additions to the Demised Premises provided always till LESSEE/TENANT
shall have a right to install any fixtures and fittings including a conditioners in the Demised
Premises to detach and repossess the same subject to tll restoration of the Demised
Premises to their original state at his/her cost, (reasonable wear an tear exempted) on the
expiry of this lease or any renewal hereof.

3. To use the Demised Premises for Residential Purposes only. And the Demised Permission
would be used and occupied by LESS/TENANT and his /her family.

4. The LESSEE/TENANT undertakes to abide by the law, rules/ regulations of the DHA. I
case of any violation of the law/rule/regulations, the DHA can take action under DHA
Order 2002, which includes removal demolition or alter the building by the use of forc or
it can even seal it and recover the cost thereof form the party guilty of the violations.
