Dear Richard
Kaydon Integrated Technologies is pleased to submit a price for Close Circuit Television work at the
above referenced location. Our scope of work shall consist of the following:

Qualifications

1. This proposal has been prepared based upon the following information:

• Kaydon Intergraded Technologies has based this price on providing Digital Watch Dog
CCTV Security System and a AVE-VSIPRO POS serial interface
• The Following scope of work:

1. Furnish and install (1) Bosch High Resolution 4-9mm Flexi dome Camera at the cash register
2. Furnish and install (3) High Resolution 4-9mm Flexi dome Camera at the clients desired location
3. Furnish and Install (1) AVE-VSIPRO POS serial interface
4. Furnish and install (1) 8 Channel Digital Watch Dog DVR in secured area in lock box.
5. Furnish and Install (1) KDS 19” LCD

Other worked preformed

1. Networking of DVR and AVE-VSIPRO POS serial interface locally and remotely
2. Training on all product

Terminations:

1. All terminations shall be in strict accordance with the TIA/EIA 568A Commercial Building
Telecommunication Wiring Standards.

Building Technology Services

Testing:

1. All data station cables shall be tested and certified for Category 5e and Rg59 connectivity.
Kaydon currently uses a HP Wire Scope Microtest Penta Scanner.

THE PRICE TO FURNISH THE ABOVE MENTIONED PROJECT IS: $6,939.00

Payment Terms: After initial deposit of $2,500 all invoice shall be net 10days.

1. This proposal is offered to both parties reaching mutually acceptable contract terms.

2. Kaydon Integrated Technologies has based this proposal on customer-specified information and
the request for proposal, and has not made provisions for any unseen circumstances and/or
conditions not readily apparent.

3. This proposal and associated pricing is valid for 30 days.
