Executive Summary

Company Name
“Kahit Saan Food Hub”

“Kahit Saan” is a famous Filipino phrase in which said oftentimes when someone is asking
where to eat or buy and eat food/s. This phrase is commonly heard to those person who do not
have any idea/s where will they go for a breakfast, lunch or dinner. It also a sign that he/she wants
to eat anywhere. “Kahit Saan” phrase simply says that wherever your friend, family or friend
wanted to eat, you just go with them.

Company Profile
As partial fulfillment of the requirements for our feasibility study, we come up of a business
which we oftentimes said and done. Five students namely Christine Jane Abang, Lennie Rose
Parado, Kimberly Gayle Quito, Georgette Alysson Tating and Karen Aure, from the same section
with different ideas about planning a restaurant collaborated that resulted a new business and
unique business name.

Our business aimed to provide famous Filipino foods wherein we make it modernized and
millennial feel. In this way, we can restore our native foods and encourage our fellow countrymen
to love and support our own dishes here in the Philippines.

Also, one of our priority is to establish an outlet nearby schools so that we can avoid the
students and other netizens going to the crowded food outlet in shopping malls. Later, our effort
will be further development of more food outlets in the surrounding area. Kahit Saan Food Hub
will entice youngsters to bring their friends and family with our innovative environment

As a proud and loud Filipino, we will make every Filipino to love our dishes although it
was served differently, the taste is the same. Likewise, we will encourage them in such a way that
they will be entertained by providing unique menu of our dishes. We believe that this business will
fulfill this promises.

The logo represents that our dishes will make you feel like you are at home but with
something new to what you are eating.

Tagline
The Home of Modern Filipino Food: the tagline intended to give a modern presentation of
our dishes and desserts. It speaks that Kahit Saan Food Hub is the place where you can see new
names and new presentation for our native dishes. Also, customers might also remember us by our
tagline because of our modern Filipino dishes.

This kind of business aimed to provide foods based on the wants and needs of the customer.
Fulfilling the cravings of the customers is the top priority.

Food service with a twist is mainstream nowadays. Millennials are the common target
market of food services in this generation. It provide combo meals, classy presentation, and a
relaxing ambiance which lead customers to visit them multiple times.
In this industry, the main risk here is the numerous competitors around the vicinity. They
might also have the same ambiance like yours and such. Many restaurants are establishing right
now. The customers’ loyalty are the beats weapon at all. Because of this, good relationship with
your customer might boost your business.

In today’s generation, it is not new to establish a restaurant. Since then, Filipinos are known
for its passion in cooking and exploring new food to eat or cook.

foods with happiness and love, while working hard to achieve a better surrounding for our
employees, community and compatriots.

VI. Target Market

Kahit Saan Food Hub intends to cater to the bulk of youngsters and other young adults. We
have chosen this group for several important reasons. It is our goal to be “the extraordinary
food hub place” and we believe that the age group from 15 and above is the primary age where
brand building efforts could take place. They are on limited or fixed incomes and seek a
value/price relationship that will not stretch their budgets.

Generally speaking, the Millennials, the group of individuals born in the 80’s and 90’s they
visit’s food hub 12 times of more each month. They spend their income more on food than
other age generation. They are a very unique group who are ethnically diverse and expect
creativity and innovation in a food hub. They like novel and unusual food and ingredients.
Additionally, they expect being listened to in this respect, social media engagement is a must.
Millennials expect to be valued.
