Heavenly Father, We give thanks for this day and everything that brought us
here.
Exploring what it means to be a part of the largest rehabilitation facility in the
Philippines, for 42 years this institution has indeed working functionally as it achieve its
mission in providing quality treatment for drug dependents. Nonetheless, for almost 5
years, through the concerted efforts and relentless sacrifices by each member back
from its foundation and until now, it is of significant view to give response to the stand
of these institution “Are we succeeding or Failing?” In order to determine the progress
of this institution, to effectively implement the Center’s mandates, this strategic
workshop will serve as an excellent assistance to be able to efficiently achieve the
mission and vision especially for the succeeding years.

Thus, we come to you today asking for your guidance, wisdom and support as
we begin this seminar. We are of diverse opinion, yet we wish to mend our differences
and reach agreement satisfactorily. Guide our hearts and our minds in the spirit of
fairness, right thought and speech. Be with us in our deliberations and help us to be
wise in the decisions we make for the good of all those who have placed their trust and
confidence in our leadership. Impart your wisdom upon our activities so that our affairs
may reach a successful conclusion.
And continue to remind us that what we do here today, all that we accomplish, is
for the pursuit of truth for the greater glory of You, and for the service of humanity. We
asks these things in your name.

In times of emotional distress, stability is in high demand and short supply. We are often unable
to see things clearly. Help us to find peace and serenity in the chaos, change and turmoil
around us.

Hep us to engage in meaningful discussion; allow us to grow closer as a group/family and

nurture the bonds of community. Fill us with your grace, Lord God, as we make decisions that
might affect the whole insitution (employees). And continue to remind us that what we do here
today, all that we accomplish, is for the pursuit of truth for the greater glory of You, and for the
service of humanity. We asks these things in your name.
