Dr. Courtney Kleber

Pediatrician
Seymour Pediatrics
1171 W Tipton St # D
Seymour, IN 47274

Dear Dr. Kleber:

I was thrilled to see an opening for a pediatrician in your office, and I hope to be invited
for an interview.

My background includes various work experiences and service opportunities. I currently

work at Taco Bell in North Vernon, where I perform many duties: taking orders over-the-
counter, taking orders in drive thru, working a cash register, doing dishes, sweeping,
moving boxes and materials around, making food, and frying a variety of foods. I also
am currently interning at Seymour Pediatrics, in which I have gained a great experience
for the environment in this particular field. Therefore, I have had the opportunity to work
with all kinds of people. I am a Life Scout, and am in the process of completing my
Eagle Scout award. I am a member of the National Honor Society, where I have had the
privilege of serving many people and organizations throughout the two years I have
been a member. Some of those services include helping organize canned foods with a
food pantry, helping others with their Eagle Scout projects, and cleaning glass out of a
creek bed. I currently play for the Seymour High School soccer team, where I have
learned great skills of hard work, leadership, and teamwork throughout the eight years I
have played.

I am confident I can provide the hard work, friendliness, and skills required for this job.
Feel free to call me at 812-418-3893 (cell) to arrange an interview. Thank you for your
time -- I look forward to learning more about this opportunity!
Sincerely,

Ammon Christensen
