Use Microsoft Word and Powerpoint 2010 and above.

Unit Test Perform

References Style
Use References style IEEE, MLA, APA, ACM, Elsevier. Format for reference, check IEEE format
and use Google.com to check different types of refrences for different types of items to refer such
as video, ppt, paper, blog, picture etc.

Note: Use Reference Menu in MS-Word

Paragraph
Alignment of each paragraph must be Justify Align. Use shortcut key (Ctrl + J).

Layout of Report
- Select Page Layout Menu in MS-Word. Select A4 size in Size sub-menu. Select sub-menu
Margins. Set 1” (1 inch) from Top, Down, Left and Right.
- Select Design Menu in MS-Word, then select Fonts sub-menu. Then select Customize Fonts.
Now, Select Times New Roman in both (Heading and Contents).
- Use Styles Menu shortcut that display in Home menu of MS-Word. Use Heading 1, Heading
2, Heading 3, Title, etc.
- Use Picture/Image and Caption: Apply Insert menu to insert a picture in your report. Then
right click over image to select Insert Caption.
- Use Page numbers, Header, and Footer from Insert Menu of MS-Word.

Table of Contents or Figures


It can be generated from Reference Menu in MS-Word. Here, Table of Contents and Insert Table
of Figures sub-menu available. Before it, use guidelines mention in Layout of Report section. So,
table of contents can be generated automatically.

Preparing Presentation (PPT)


Use White background in Slide. Use above guidelines during slide design. Do not use any
background or slide change sounds/effects.
