Make Twice As Much, Working Half The Time

The road to successful entrepreneurship is full of twists and turns. We've got your roadmap to
making twice as much, working half the time.

Hello, sweet friend.

You made it here. And perhaps your soul has waited for months (years!) to land upon this
inspired content, this pathway to greater success, impact, meaning and fulfillment.

It is with great joy that I present to you the following roadmap to making twice as much, working
half the time. It is my life’s work (and that of my entire Team at Boldheart) to be the catalyst for
your exceptional and exponential growth, the feminine way.

This isn’t about working harder and becoming someone you’re not. No, in fact, this is actually
about becoming more of who you are and turning up the volume on the impact you’re here to
make, while rewarding yourself from the “unplugging” of that work-to-the-bones false belief that
is so insidious in our culture.

Perhaps you’ve never actually thought about the possibility of making twice as much as you’re
making now, while working half the time. Maybe this is a concept that is unknown to you, or
maybe it seems like another inflated, implausible idea, along the lines of “thinner thighs in 30
days” (a program my mother actually purchased in the 80s) or “you too can make a million
dollars in a weekend.”

I see the results every day within the Boldheart Business program, my company for women (and
a few good men) who are unapologetic about increasing their business (and impact) with
authenticity, integrity and love.

I’m here to tell you that it is indeed possible. It is not a scam or a crazy idea that is for other
people and not you. (You’ll “meet” some regular women throughout these pages who are likely
much like you, even if the details of their stories are a bit different.)

But maybe it would help if you know that what follows is my own story about doubling my
income several years in a row, while maintaining a very high quality of life, not working on
evenings or weekends and taking several weeks of vacation per year with my husband and 3
kids, in addition to taking August and December off.

The process within these pages describes how I went from making $1K per month in my
business to $10K per month consistently, and then to $100K+ per month consistently, and even
multiplying that to what is now a multi 7-figure business that serves hundreds of clients and
thousands of customers per year.

Unlike other business “coaches,” I don’t walk my talk. Instead, I talk my walk, which means that
none of the ideas or methodologies in these pages are something that I’ve simply read or heard
someone else teach (and I’ll actually give you the exact resources I used in many of the
“activators”). No, what you hold in your hands is my very personal account, every step of how I
consistently have made more, working half the time, all documented for you.

If you don’t feel like doing it on your own, on the last page, I am happy to tell you more about
the Boldheart Business program and how it helps you get results so much faster. Within this
program, hundreds of women business owners at different levels of business grow their
revenues each year and even turn their yearly income into their monthly income, while taking
more time off - but more on that later. For now, grab a pen or a highlighter, put the proverbial
“do not disturb” sign on your life and dive in.

Admittedly, this may feel like a departure

from what you might expect, as it’s deeper
than “business as usual,” while still being
incredibly pragmatic and systems-focused.

The concepts within will work for you

whether you’re just starting out or you’re
already well established, making good
money.

Consider this your permission to be bolder,

to play a bigger game and to affect so many
more people than you expected to.

Love,

Why this, why now?

I’ll start with this:

I believe in impact. That each of us, especially heart-focused entrepreneurs, came here with a
life’s purpose, and that purpose is much greater than we realize. And that means you too. You
are here to create a much bigger ripple effect, especially through your business. The greater
impact you create (meaning, the more clients and customers you work with), the more you
make. And how much you make is directly correlated to how many people you serve.

But let’s go back to talking about your business and your role in it.

I would like to remind you, if you don’t already know, that there has never been a person like
you on this planet in the last 13.7 billion years. There is no one like you now, and there will never
be anyone quite like you again. You, through your life’s purpose, through the things you are
passionate about, through your business, are here to do big things, whether you realize it or not.

You have a song to sing, a song that only you can sing, and it’s time that this song be heard far
and wide. The purpose for your business is to be the vehicle for that song.

That being said, it’s not time to hide and continue to “play small.” This was not intended for you
when you came onto this planet. No, instead, we must get you focused on increased impact;
doing your work in the world in a much bigger way. And as a result, you will be rewarded
greatly, financially and with freedom of time.

Who is this process for?

Within the Boldheart Business program, we understand that the business journey is just that, a
journey, and that it unfolds into 4 business stages. You graduate from one to the next.

Which stage of business best describes you right now? (Check the box that applies.)

☐ Startup Sally
(or the Budding Boldheart stage)
My business revenues (gross) are <$25K

Focus: Getting clarity in my marketing to get my first (or a few more) clients and make some money

☐ Ramp Up Rachel

(or the Growing Boldheart stage)
My business revenues (gross) are $25K-$100K
Focus: Implementing a marketing system to reach $10K/month consistently

☐ Leverage Lucy

(or the Scaling Boldheart stage)
My business revenues (gross) are $100K-$500K

Focus: Delegating more, setting up systems and working one-to-many so I leverage my time

☐ Visionary Vicky

(or the Visionary Boldheart stage)
My business revenues (gross) are $500K-$1MM+

Focus: Removing myself from the day-to-day to scale to $1 million or more in revenues

Whichever stage of business you’re in at this particular moment, each of these 12 “activators” or
“awakenings” will address what you need most to get you to make twice as much, working half
the time. These steps provide the difference between making twice as much right now versus
making twice as much consistently.

They are not a quick fix method (please don’t expect to implement them in a weekend), but
rather a strategic re-engineering of your business for long-term growth, no matter where on
your entrepreneurial journey you are now.

Know how you're divinely
no. 1 wired to succeed

One key to growth is the commitment to strengthening your strengths, rather than
strengthening your weaknesses.

Contrary to popular thinking in business coaching circles, there isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach
to growing a business exponentially. Whether you are just starting out in your business or
you’ve been at it for 15+ years, it is important to realize that if you’ve been feeling like you’re
stuck at a certain level, it may be that you are going against the grain of how you are naturally
best meant to grow.

Every one of us is uniquely wired with our own gifts, talents and strengths.

Some people are high idea generators, but don’t consistently finish the things they start
because they get distracted by bright shiny objects (they are “wired” one certain way).
Conversely, other business owners have a tendency to complete everything they start, but find
themselves stuck when it comes to dreaming big enough, so they tend to stay in the rut of their
day-to-day activities and remain stuck in their current level of results and income (they are
“wired” another way.)

Another way to look at this is that some people naturally (and without thinking about it) take on
the role of a charismatic leader (happiest on stage, talking to people, in the limelight), while
others advance their businesses by analyzing data, being strategic and creating frameworks on
how to get from a to z.  Others advance their business by supporting and collaborating,
connecting and nurturing relationships.

This was not something I was aware of when I first started by business close to 20 years ago. I
thought that if I just kept my nose to the grindstone, pushing against my natural inclinations (like
I did in my entire schooling period) my business would grow. What I didn’t realize is that it’s

actually when I lean into my natural strengths and unique abilities that I am able to grow my
business exponentially. This applies to you too.

We all have our own easy-for-us path to success and the key is to not go against the grain or
row upstream, but rather to let go of the oars and allow our natural inclinations to take the path
of least resistance (downstream), and let them guide us to make twice as much, while working
half the time.

It doesn’t have to be hard. All we need to do is follow our innate wiring.

We often take this internal wiring (how we act that others don’t) for granted and instead of
embracing it, we try to get better at the things we aren’t good at (the false belief in the well
rounded education that you should be good at all things.)

When I attended University, I knew deep down that I would never successfully master biology,
chemistry and physics. I just couldn’t master these subjects no matter how hard I tried (and beat
myself up for it.) At the same time, I took for granted that speaking, writing, and influencing
came to me naturally.

This was the case with my business too. Until I realized that spending my time in bookkeeping,
tending to technology, minutiae, crossing the T’s and dotting the I’s were never going to make
me more money, I tried to get good at these things. I abandoned the things I was good at,
speaking, networking, and being in front of large groups of people, to focus on my areas of
weakness.

It was all a big waste of my time. If you’re not growing as fast as you’d like, and you’re
wondering why you’re not making more, the likelihood is that you’re spending your time away
from your unique abilities. When you determine what you’re strong at, uniquely gifted with, and
also where you need help or shouldn’t be using your time, you can really take advantage of this
insight to work only on the things that produce much higher results, rather than squandering
your time on trying to get good at something you’ll never really be good at.

How do you determine this? Knowing who you are and how you’re wired for success helps you
play to your strengths. Using assessments and really embracing how you work best points you
to your greatest sources of power: the strengths you have that can be leveraged.

I use assessments with every single member of my Team at Boldheart Business (I go so far as to
not interview any candidate for our Team without knowing how they’re wired first) and the same

is the case for our members. We ask them to take a handful of assessments and then teach
them to use their results to more easily focus on the activities that will help them get
dramatically better results, rather than continuing to row upstream, wondering why they’re not
going fast enough.

There are literally hundreds of assessments you can use (such as the Kolbe A Index,
Strengthsfinder, DISC, and many others), and we recommend getting to know your strengths
and abilities, and your way of best spending your time in your business, by using them.

This can be incredibly liberating for you, especially as a woman who may have taken on the
false belief that you must go against the grain to put others’ needs first or be good at everything
to feel valuable. Instead, figure out where you should best be putting your attention in your
business to experience exponential growth, and do that and only that in your business.

you’re wired to succeed.

Understand how identity
no. 2 drives behavior

How you see yourself (your self image or personal identity), is more important for creating
new results than simply how hard you work.

To manifest new results and a much bigger impact through your business (and make more as a
result) you have likely been pushing the proverbial boulder up the mountain every day, working
really hard in your “masculine energy.” Doing, doing, doing.

At the same time, you may have said quietly to yourself, “Why isn’t it happening faster? Why
can’t I seem to get this right? Why is it taking so long for me to see exponential results? Why am
I not ‘breaking through’ no matter how hard I try?”

The thing you must know, and this is counterintuitive for most business owners focused on
pushing hard, is that a breakthrough in your results (making twice as much, working half the
time) has very little at first to do with your actions. This is true whether achieving ‘twice as much’
in one year’s time means reaching $50K per year or going from $500K to $1 million+. The
process is the same.

Most business owners try to “will” themselves into new results. They work really long hours,
push hard and think that their actions will create the results, but don’t understand the
psychology of success. Consistently achieving new levels of income and impact doesn’t come
simply from working yourself to the bone. No. It actually starts in your mindset. Real change
begins inside, meaning, how you see yourself on a subconscious level.

Do you see yourself as someone who will eventually become a wildly successful business
owner or as someone who is meant to work with just a few clients, surviving at best? Do you see
yourself as an author of best-selling books, with audiences of hundreds of people, creating

passive income and having a lovely quality of life, or is there a part of you that questions
whether that will ever happen to you?

Your honest answer here is actually very important. Unless your image of yourself changes on a
subconscious level, you won’t be able to create new results. If your self-identity (how you see
yourself) doesn’t point to an image of making twice as much as you are now with a lot of time
off, the likelihood is that it won’t happen.

Now, don’t beat yourself up here. There’s nothing wrong with you, never has been. Even though
this is proven scientifically, very few people actually know about this. I didn’t in the beginning.
But once you are shown how to shift your mindset, it changes everything.

OK, but what does “identity drives behavior” actually mean? This may be easier to explain by
giving you an example.

One member of the Boldheart Business program, let’s call her Carla, came to us with a 6-figure
curtain business. She was working countless hours a week, more than she would ever agree to
work for someone else, but not taking home as much as she would have liked. That said, she
shared that she wanted to get from $10K per month to making $100K per month. At least those
were her words.

But when we dug deeper into the things she believed on a deep (subconscious) level about her
abilities, she didn’t actually believe or expect to ever get to $100K per month. She had an
internal story or image about being an immigrant and that owning a million-dollar business was
for others, not for her. And so, unknowingly, her self-image (how she really truly “saw” herself on
a subconscious level) was negating her dream of making a lot more money in her business.

Why? Because your daily actions and habits come from your subconscious beliefs and
expectations, rather than from your conscious wishes.

When you understand self-image psychology, and how real change happens for people, you
realize that it’s in the subconscious that the breakthrough is created, that your subconscious
identity drives every one of your behaviors, not your will.

Everything follows the “I am.”

You decide who you want to become by what you start believing about yourself, and this in turn
influences the actions you take.

So for Carla, it was simply a question of creating a new self-identity, a new self-image, and her
business grew as a result. We did this by creating a new “I am” statement, written on an index
card that we call a goal card. Here’s a video of the new self-image mantra I created for her
(perhaps you can use it too):

Here’s the link to the video in which I explain Carla’s transformation. (Boldheart.com/blog/
million-dollar-business-owner)

The bottom line is, especially as a woman, your greatly increased business will not happen by
working exponentially harder, but from shifting how you see yourself on the inside. This is the
“being” Activator that sets off a whole new set of habits and actions that bring you to $10K per
month and even $100K per month in revenues, with you working much less than you do now.

Have a Soul Goal that
no. 3 scares you just a bit

Let yourself be pulled into your future by a magnetic goal you desire on a soul level,
something bigger than anything you’ve ever experienced before.

One reason why many business owners don’t continually make exponential leaps in their results
year after year is that they think too small and play to not lose, as opposed to really going for it.
If they have a goal (which many don’t), it isn’t one that will spur them to take bigger action, and
so they don’t.

As a result, they experience a 5% increase, sometimes 10%, but very rarely 100%.

I know you’ve heard about goals before. Having a goal is nothing new. But I’m talking about a
different category of goals.

For a significant change to happen, we must boldly go for more than we’ve ever gone for
before, and that requires intention, a clear target to go toward, especially if it’s something that
promises to bring meaning and fulfillment to our lives, while scaring us just a bit.

Ask yourself this question: “Will I be happy if I am in the exact same place 12 months from now,
doing the same thing, producing the same exact financial results or impact?”

What is your answer?

And now ask yourself this question: “In 25 years, will I still be motivated and fascinated by doing
exactly what I’m doing now, or would I like to create a much bigger ripple effect with my
business with a greater sense of purpose?”

When we work with women entrepreneurs who are passionate about growing, we often find
that it is just this that is missing: a big vision around something they are incredibly passionate
about, something that is pulling them into their future, something that feels so big that it can
bring them to tears of joy, and frankly, a tiny feeling of perhaps not knowing what it would take
to reach that big goal.

THAT is when it gets really juicy.

Now, if you’re just starting out in your business, you may not know what that is yet. But maybe
you do. Often, a business owner in the Start-up or Ramp-up phase doesn’t yet have clarity
around a world-changing goal. I didn’t either. I knew I was self-employed and my goal was just
to make money. But I stretched myself a little out of my comfort zone every year nonetheless, so
that I played bigger every year, often making twice as much as the year prior, without working
double the time.

A clear goal of what you want to make in the next 12 months (and why you want to achieve this)
will get you there much faster than if you don’t have one.

And if you’re a Visionary business owner, someone already making $500K-$1MM+, you may
have a low-hanging-fruit goal for the next 12 months, but you may not yet have one that feels so
big and so meaningful to you that it moves you to tears and into bold action. That is a Big Why
Goal, or something I call a Soul Goal.

When a business owner has a clear Soul Goal written down on a goal card (with, ideally, a
reverse-engineered roadmap to get there), we have witnessed a significant breakthrough.
Doing this works on two planes:

1. On a practical and pragmatic level, when you write down your big goal, reverse-engineer it
and lay out your action plan, it is much easier to take action on and then reach that stated
goal, especially if it’s something that stirs your soul. (We show you how to find that soul-
stirring magnetic goal in our programs and at our annual Mindset Retreat.)
(MindsetRetreat.com)
2. On an energetic or “Law of Attraction” level, the energy that is stirred by that goal raises
your personal vibration, and has you pour energy into it, allowing the Universe to bring it to
you faster. The more you focus on that magnetic desire (whether it’s a number of clients you
want to impact each year through your business, an amount of money you wish to manifest
because it will have you achieve a Big Why, a new self identity around making money, or a

Contact us at info@boldheart.com for next steps
lifestyle you wish to have), the faster it gets manifested.

Conversely, if you’re just going through the motions of your business, not knowing where you’re
going or having a target, you won’t get there anytime soon. This is also the case if you have a
safe goal but it doesn’t stir your heart with joy or make your heart beat faster. In this case, you
may continue to spin your wheels and stay at your current level of growth for some time.

So, here’s a plan of action for you:

1. Get clear on your big, magnetic Soul Goal: for this coming year or for your legacy, you
choose.
2. Be decisive. Commit to it.
3. Write it down on a goal card (I recommend using an index card for this).
4. Feel into it.
5. Allow your soul to be stirred by it.
6. Reverse engineer that goal. (We can help with this in a free Strategy Call. Click here
(BoldheartStrategySession.com) to schedule one.)
7. Prioritize and implement the exponential growth activities that will get you there. (These are
usually in your blind spot, otherwise you’d already be there. We strategize this for the
members in our year-long programs.)

They key is to be daring and bold enough to step into that bigger calling by unapologetically
claiming a bigger target, one that is aligned with your heart. This will give you the fuel for
creating a much bigger impact, while making twice as much money.

Want to see a real example of how this works?

Create new neural
no. 4 pathways that will manifest
your goal
Your Soul Goal won’t actually happen unless you create a firm belief that it’s on its way.

Writing down your Soul Goal (or your new “I am” statement as it relates to your self-identity) is a
good start, whether it’s in your journal or on an index card. But if that’s where you have stopped
in the past, this is probably why that goal didn’t materialize. You can have a resolution (“I am the
owner of a million-dollar business” or “I resolve to make double what I made last year, working
less”), but if you don’t believe that this is achievable or you don’t expect it to happen, the
likelihood is that it never will.

Your new self-image won’t stick. Here’s why:

It has been scientifically proven by quantum physicists that what we focus on and expect
determines our outcomes and our reality, that what we believe to be true shapes our results.

Now, this may be new to you and you may be skeptical at first, but I invite you to look into
Quantum Physics to better understand how it works. Essentially, the scientific research shows
that you attract things into your existence based on your neural pathways.

Neural pathways are similar to deeply ingrained beliefs, a thought you keep thinking repeatedly.

Let’s make this even easier to understand. Imagine an untouched, wild field of grass. If you were
to continually walk through that patch of grass in the exact same location again and again, day
in and day out, for days and weeks to come, eventually you will create a path with no grass on it.
There will be a marked pathway within your field of wild grass.

The brain works the same way. When presented with the exact same thought, mantra or
affirmation, again and again, day in and day out, eventually it will create a new neural pathway

or set of subconscious beliefs. Now remember, your behaviors and daily habits are created from
your subconscious beliefs, which ultimately create your results.

This is why creating new neural pathways is so important in creating new results and eventually
helping you double your business, working less!

The way then to create a neural pathway in your brain, much like in the wild field, is repetition.
So, if you want to make $10K per month consistently or you want to make twice as much
working half the time, put this goal on an index card and read it many times a day until you
actually start to believe that it can happen.

Alternatively, and in addition to the goal card, you can do what I did many years ago, which is to
create a very short mantra around your goal card. Mine was, “I make twice as much, working
half the time” and I cut out lots of little identical pieces of paper and taped them onto the back
of my mobile phone, next to the keyboard of my laptop, on the back of my hairbrush, on my
bathroom mirror, my computer monitor, my stapler, on the windowsill in my office, etc.

Everywhere I looked on any given day, I would see this affirmation hundreds of times. And over
time, I began feeling much more confident that I could (one day) make twice as much, working
half the time. I began to believe it. This happened gradually, but the new neural pathways I
created ended up affecting my results dramatically.

One short year later, I did just that. I made twice as much, working half the time.

Yes, I made pragmatic changes to my business that would have previously scared me, like
completely shifting my business model and becoming more visible in my marketing than I had
ever allowed myself to be. The thing I realized, though, is that it was the repetition of the mantra
that shifted my behaviors, not the other way around. This helped me seek out the resources, the
expert coaching and the accountability that I needed to make changes in my marketing and in
my business model.

Now, I know that these are just index cards or small strips of paper and some might question the
power in these little pieces of paper with words on them. But I assure you, this is truly a
miraculous process when you apply it along with all the other Activators.

Every single one of our Boldheart members that we’ve taken to $10K per month consistently
and then to a million-dollar business has gone through this process with us, in addition to our
regular teachings.

Embrace marketing as a
no. 5 divine tool

The more marketing you do, the more you will reach the clients and customers divinely
contracted to work with you. How you feel about marketing dictates how much of it you do.

A few years ago, a woman came up to me at one of my 3-day marketing workshops and said to
me, “I hate marketing.” I lovingly grabbed her hands and, with all the compassion in my heart, I
responded, “The only reason you hate to do marketing is because of how you feel about
marketing itself. Once I teach you to feel differently about marketing, you will begin to love it,
and then, you will want to do it all the time. This will change your business forever.”

She was highly skeptical, but I made her promise to come up to me at the end of the 3 days and
let me know if there was any development on this hatred for marketing.

At the end of the workshop she came up to me with tears in her eyes and said “You were
absolutely right. Now that I see it through your lens of divinity, I love marketing. I actually can’t
wait to get home and put myself and my message out there in a much bigger way.”

Can you really transform your relationship with marketing that quickly? Yes. It just takes a shift in
perspective.

OK, so, what shifted for her, specifically?

She began to look beyond the burden of her everyday marketing tasks and into the big picture
of her life’s purpose. And then, she looked at the purpose of marketing itself in helping her
activate her life’s purpose.

As we do with all of our members, I helped her realize that in the last 13.7 billion years, there has
never been anybody like her in the Universe. There is no one like her now. And there will never,

ever be anyone like her again. Most importantly, I helped her really “get” that there is no
accident in this.

You see, I believe with every cell in my being that there is a song within her that only she can
sing, and that by virtue of her being the only one to sing it, it will be lost forever if this song is
not heard far and wide, especially by the people who are divinely contracted to work with her. If
they don’t know that she exists, she can’t help the legions of people who need her help.

(This is true for you too, just to clarify.)

So we began shifting her beliefs around marketing, and marketers. Yes there are absolutely
marketers that are sleazy, inauthentic thieves who don’t care about their clients and customers
and who just want to get into their wallets, at whatever cost.

But just as rich people aren’t evil, evil people are evil—not every marketer is sleazy, inauthentic
and a thief. There are people who use marketing for good, just as there are people who use
power for good. Marketing is an energy. It’s WHAT you do with it that matters just as much as
HOW you do it.

I talked to her about the fact that marketing is simply an amplifier, just like power. It can be used
to amplify anything, and as long as she was marketing something “good,” that marketing could
be the equivalent of “love.”

You see, marketing is just a neutral vehicle, one that gets your message out there so that your
ideal clients and customers can find you.

Imagine that you had an amazing recipe for dark, super chocolaty brownies that everyone loves,
and you decided that you were going to build a business selling brownies. At first, you may
have started selling them in your neighborhood, door to door. Ding dong, ding dong. “Would
you like to buy some brownies?”

If you were to only sell your brownies going by foot to each house in your neighborhood, you
could only go so far in selling your brownies. But if you had a bicycle, you could cover much
more ground in one day, and sell many more brownies as you would reach more neighborhoods
that were formerly out of your reach, as you could not get to them by foot.

Then, imagine that you had access to a car. This would allow you to cover even more ground,
perhaps even covering not just two or three neighborhoods but your entire state, or postal code
in one day. Imagine then, having a truck (many trucks!) delivering your brownies over state lines
and from one side of the country to the other. And then you really stepped up your efforts and
starting using air freight to get your brownies to other countries, other continents.

This would not have been possible if you had continued to deliver your brownies by foot. You
simply needed a different kind of vehicle to get your message out.

Marketing is that vehicle.

If your business is one that brings a bigger, better future to your clients and customers,
especially if it’s aligned with your life’s purpose, marketing can be that divine tool that allows
you to take your message (that song that only you can sing) to so many more people than you
could just handing out samples or flyers in your neighborhood.

Whether you are just starting out in your business and looking to get to your first $10K
consistently, or you’re already at $100K per month and looking to get to your first million,
embracing the idea of being a more omnipresent marketer is the mindset shift that changes
everything. The idea is that, as a prolific marketer, you are simply turning up the volume on
doing good in the world.

Marketing can be done with authenticity, integrity and lots of love. With the right message and
the right techniques, marketing can be something that you enjoy doing, and actually look
forward to. Because in the end, marketing is never about us—it’s about the people that we are
here to serve, and this is why we must make marketing our top priority in our business and see
ourselves as a marketer first, then a business owner. Because we are here to serve.

This is what happened to Jenifer Madson, a longtime member of the Boldheart Business
program, when she embraced marketing as a divine tool:

“I joined Boldheart Business about two and a half years ago. I came to New York City
after divorcing my husband of 21 years, with $30,000 and credit scores in the 500s,
one really great core client, and some really great friends. I knew that it was kind of
precarious. It was a $200,000 contract, and it’s New York City – if that client had gone
away, I would have been in really big trouble.

I had never really marketed my business, identified ideal clients, or learned about
messaging, packaging, and marketing. It was powerful for me to get my messaging
correct and to figure out my ideal target audience. I doubled my revenue in one year
from $200,000 in my business to $400,000. Because my message was so much
clearer to me, I was able to get out and start marketing.

I didn’t know this was possible in such a short period of time. I had no idea how. I knew
it could, but I certainly knew it couldn’t happen on my own. I did not have the structure.
I didn’t have the support. I didn’t have other entrepreneurs who knew what I was going
through. I had really lovely friends who would go, “Yeah, gosh. I’m so sorry.” But they
had nothing when all the frustrations would come along. And then I found this
community and it was like, “Oh, that’s home.” And Boldheart is just perfect.

We are now working toward 7 figures, because it needs to be. It deserves to be. That’s
not simply about a number, that’s about me. Life has really turned around. My credit
scores are in the 700s. I have money in the bank, no debt, and a beautiful new garden
apartment with a sweet little puppy dog who’s really awesome. I am so blessed and so
grateful and so happy.”

Adopt a Marketing
no. 6 Omnipresence mindset

Making significantly more money in your business comes from a significant increase in
clients. This, in turn, means your marketing activities need to increase proportionately so
that your ideal prospects can easily find you.

As a business owner, you are among some of the only people on the planet who control how
much money they make. Truly. Your potential for making money is limitless and no one can put a
cap on it. Why is this? It’s because you are the only one who controls how much marketing you
are willing to do.

The more marketing you do and the bigger your reach is to your ideal clients, the more potential
clients you will attract.

So, part of making twice as much in your business requires that you be willing to turn up the
volume in your marketing, to increase your reach and visibility within your immediate niche. At
the very least, more than you are now.

Visibility is helped with marketing omnipresence, where there is an energy of lovingly being on
‘surround sound’ in your prospects’ lives, so that wherever they turn, they see you. This helps
trigger a feeling of curiosity (“Why does this person keep showing up in my life? I must check
her out.”) For some, it feels like a sign (“It was meant to be, you were everywhere I turned!”)

This has happened to me several times. I remember walking into a networking group in New
York at the beginning of my business and someone stopped me and said, “My god, you’re
everywhere!” I said thank you, and he hired me the following week to help him with getting the
same visibility within his business.

What’s the objective with Omnipresent Marketing? It is that your ideal clients hear about you
from different sources, and that you appear to be everywhere even though you’re only in a few
different places. It’s about marketing strategy and this is something that can be learned and
executed easily.

Perhaps they hear about you from a friend one day, and that same week, they see a Facebook
ad for your new webinar, or they see your video while doing a search on YouTube. And then,
perhaps a month later, they come across an article online that you wrote. They begin to feel that
you are everywhere.

At first, this sounds like a lot of work. But it’s not.

You don’t actually have to work much harder to be omnipresent. You just have to be willing to
be more strategic about where you will be visible to your ideal clients, so that you produce a
compound effect that allows them to find you easily. That’s when they feel that the natural next
step is to work with you.

Here’s a video I created recently on this topic that will explain it even further. (Boldheart.com/
blog/overcoming-feeling-like-a-fraud/)

Carve out time for the
no. 7 right kind of growth

At every stage of your business, how you use your time is the biggest determinant of how
you will grow, and so it’s important to use it very wisely.

There are different stages in business: the start up phase where you turn your idea into
something concrete ($0-$25K), followed by the next phase that has you getting paid for your
work with clients and customers ($25K-$100K), to then making very good money ($100K-$500K)
and scaling your business ($500K-$1MM+).

To make twice as much as you’re making now, you must use your time more strategically.
Remember, this is not the same in the beginning stages of your business, it is now in the scaling
stages.

In the start-up and ramp-up phases of your business, you are typically more flexible with your
time and what you work on, adopting an “all-hands-on-deck” attitude, having your hand in
everything from marketing, to bookkeeping, to customer service and sales. Everything is
necessary because you’re usually bootstrapping.

But what most business owners don’t realize is that in this stage of business, the majority of
your time should be focused on only two things:

1. Marketing activities that will get you clients (“client attraction” activities)
2. Working with the clients (“delivery” activities)

Anything else is a waste of precious time in the infancy of your business.

Why? Because that’s where the money is. And at this stage of business, nothing is more
important than to focus on the Money Generating Activities (MGA’s) that will help you bring in
$10K per month, consistently.

That said, MGA’s are not often the priority for the early stages of business because the business
owner feels lost. Here’s why:

1. She doesn’t know what marketing activities will generate money the fastest.
2. She doesn’t know what order (or frequency) in which to market to her ideal clients.
3. She doesn’t know what the end result is supposed to look like, or exactly how to get there.
4. She is usually working in isolation and constantly second guesses herself.
5. She has no true roadmap to follow, so she goes around in circles wasting precious time.

Confusion around how to do marketing (and therefore Money Generation) means that marketing
gets put on the back burner. Which means that very little cash can come in, which can cripple a
business at its inception.

So, one way to make twice as much in this stage of business is to focus almost all of your
available time on Money Generating Activities. I recommend at least 4 hours a day to our start
up members of the Boldheart Business program.

This is about using your time on the 20% of marketing activities that will bring you 80% of your
clients (we teach this to our Growth Track members as our “Fastest Path to Cash” roadmap, as
well as the marketing fundamentals and “miracle growth” activities that are crucial to money
generation). This is what gets you to $10K per month consistently, usually in less than 24
months, although sometimes much faster.

Here’s the formula for prioritizing MGA’s, that we teach to our Growth Track members:

1. What will make you the most money

2. In the least amount of time
3. With the least effort
4. (Optional) with the greatest long term impact to the business

That’s where the majority of your time should be spent in the early stages. That’s what gets you
to $10K per month.

That said, when you are already making 10K+ a month consistently (or you are at multiple 6
figures a year) and you have plenty of clients and customers, you may feel completely
overworked and overwhelmed. What got you here won’t get you there.

Meaning, the actions that got you to this point in your business (doing everything yourself and
focusing on one-to-one solutions) are the ones that will keep you stuck and prevent you from
getting to your next level. To make twice as much at this stage of business, you must shift your
focus radically.

For you to have a bigger impact in your business (and make more money) when you’re at
$100K+, you must actually work less. It’s not about DOING more, but about LEVERAGING
everything in your business.

This requires that you use your precious time on Exponential Growth Activities (EGA’s) instead of
the day-to-day activities you’re used to doing.

These activities are almost never about bringing in more cash the way you’ve been doing so up
to now, but about leveraging your team, your systems, your marketing processes, your business
model, and removing yourself from the day-to-day operations of your business. When you do
this, you can actually double your income.

Here’s the formula for prioritizing Exponential Growth Activities (EGA’s):

1. What will have the greatest long term impact to the business
2. In the least amount of time
3. With the least effort
4. (Optional) what will make you the most amount of money

Notice that the order is flipped from the Money Generating Activities.

At the Leverage or Scaling point of your business ($100K-$500K+), the key is to use your time to
work on your long term vision and regularly get out of your office to focus on strategy (because,
let’s admit it, you cannot exponentially grow your business in between client appointments).

And then, it’s about no longer ‘winging it’ and instead, following a proven path to getting to 7-
figures, a path that’s been walked successfully by hundreds and hundreds of people. Being with
other people on this path, ones you can share resources with, shortens the journey of doubling
your business dramatically. (I have yet to see anyone do this in isolation or without mentorship.)

On their own, they would likely never do it because they would continue to focus on putting out
fires in their business, putting “urgency” before “long term impact.”

Our Leverage Track members meet every 90 days in person and outside of their office over a
two-day period to focus on leveraging their team, time, systems, omnipresence marketing
processes, and scalable business model, while focusing on removing themselves from the day-
to-day operations of their business by eventually hiring a second in command that they trust.

This brings them to 7-figures (a million dollars or more per year) usually within 3-5 years,
depending on when they start implementing this.

The point is, the activities that will have you make twice as much working less are different for
every stage of business and how you prioritize your time (and what you work on) creates these
expanded results.

Either way, we have found that when you carve out time to be out of the office, ideally with other
entrepreneurs who have skin in the game and are serious about growth, this is when you
actually buckle down to work on the activities that will get you to that next level.

Would you like to know more about our process? You can book an exploratory call here
(BoldheartStrategySession.com) at no charge. We’d love to hear more about your business,
what’s not working, where you’d like to be in 12-24 months and help you map out a plan to get
there.

Get the right support and
no. 8 delegate all that you can

You must be (and deserve to be) very well supported to accomplish all you want to
accomplish in scaling your business. It cannot be done alone.

Whether you’re just starting out in your business or you’re already making hundreds of
thousands of dollars per year in revenues, there is only so much you can do yourself in your
business. When it comes to increasing your efforts, it is imperative that you find a way to create
more strategic focus time, whether that focus is on doing the activities that will get you more of
your first clients, those that will get you to $10K per month or, conversely, focusing on strategies
to remove yourself from the grueling day-to-day activities that are keeping you too busy to
double your business or scale it 10x.

One way to create a lot more focus in your business is to delegate all the non-essentials. What
should you delegate?

1. All the things you don’t have time to do

2. All the things you don’t know how to do
3. All the things you aren’t good at doing
4. All the things you don’t like doing
5. All the things you wish you were getting done but don’t have the bandwidth for

The way to make twice as much working less is to get the help that will allow you to leverage
your time even further, so you can enjoy more time focusing on either those Money Generating
Activities or Exponential Growth Activities as we discussed in the last section.

Where many people get stopped is in the fear of not having enough money to afford the right
person (or any help at all). The mindset shift to make around this mental block is to realize that
hiring someone is not a “cost,” it is an investment—in you, and in how you use your time once
things are taken off your plate. It is an investment in the future of your business.

The good news is, when you hire the right support, you gain so much more of your time back.
Instead of using all of that extra time to sit on the sofa watching TV, you will use your newfound
time wisely and strategically.

That said, hiring the right person actually makes you more money, rather than being a cost.
Why? Because now you have two (or more) people implementing in your business. This creates
results so much faster than you would on your own.

The bottom line is: The right support (trained properly to take things off your plate) pays for
itself, usually within 3 months, which is another piece of great news.

In the end, you can make twice as much as you’re making now when you put a focus on
strengthening your strengths by delegating your weaknesses. Instead of focusing all of your
time on doing things that you don’t like or will never be good at, it’s about investing your time
within your Unique Brilliance (those things which only you can do and love to do) rather than
continually trying to improve the things you’ll never be very good at.

Having this type of support is miraculous and feels like a huge breath of fresh air:

1. Not only are you freed from things you dislike doing (energetically, this is very good for the
business too)
2. But now you have more and more time to focus on the things that matter most (and really
create new financial results)

This moves your business forward dramatically and has you gain your life back.

Click here to learn how Terri did this in her business by choosing to delegate, ultimately
making more money in less time. (Youtube.com/watch?v=tiPtRbfGS3s)

Learn how to boldly close
no. 9 the sale with love

One of the reasons you are likely not making twice as much as you could is that you’ve never
been taught how to close the sale in a way that works with how you are wired. You are
unknowingly letting a lot of money slip through your fingers.

If you’re anything like me, you are passionate about your work and your clients, and you want
the best for them. Like me, you probably wear your passion and heart on your sleeve.

Unfortunately, passion isn’t enough to make twice as much in your business. The way to do that
is to be able to convert more prospects into paying clients or customers, which is usually a skill
we have never been taught to do, especially not in an authentic way. The result of this is that
you’re probably leaving a lot of money on the table each time you have a “closing of the sale”
conversation and the prospect doesn’t sign up.

Furthermore, let’s assume that you have been taught how to close the sale. Then, it is likely that
you are modeling it in an inauthentic way that doesn’t work. You may be:

1. Too pushy (that’s not who you are, which if you’re starting out, makes you avoid sales
conversations altogether)
2. Too manipulative (feels inauthentic and out of alignment with your values)
3. Too masculine (doesn't honor who you really are)
4. Too formulaic (feels like you’re manipulating people, which doesn’t feel right)

Either way, your “closing” percentages are probably much lower than they could be, whether
you’re just starting out or are well advanced.

Here’s the thing you must know about closing the sale more often (that gets you on your way to
doubling your business quickly):

You can absolutely be authentic and loving while closing the sale with huge integrity. It’s about
infusing love into your sales process, while allowing people to make the decision to buy from
you (rather than pushing them into the sale). After close to 20 years of closing tens of millions of
dollars worth of products and programs, I can tell you that authenticity and love work.

And yes, there is a process for doing so. Here are some things I’d like to share with you about
turning “sales” into something you actually love to do and that works:

1. People love to buy but they don’t like to be sold. You can turn the tables on the whole
process of getting a sale by guiding the prospect to make the decision on their own, as
opposed to you cramming what you do down their proverbial throat.
2. Your biggest opportunity to enroll a client or customer happens before they ever get on the
phone with you (they must do some “pre-work” to close themselves, so you don’t have to).
3. An “honoring sales call” can be structured on the basis of authenticity, integrity and love,
where you are here as a catalyst to their growth, not to make a quick sale (think “service,”
not manipulation).
4. Your “money mindset” and “wealth consciousness” matter—a lot—when it comes to sales
(it’s not just about “technique” but about your “energetic vibration” around money).
5. You are more confident in your sales method and effectiveness as you just hold space for
the person to come to a decision that serves them, simply by asking them a series of well
thought-out, beautiful, thought-provoking questions that will allow them to close themselves
into working with you.
6. This is best done when following a “script” that is 100% inquiry-based instead of trying to
take something from them (think “pull” vs. “push”).

The key is that authentic sales is like authentic marketing, it is a divine tool, and one that can be
taught and learned. And when it’s authentic, it works. From years of personal experience, but
most importantly from witnessing how our members have used this process to create millions of
dollars in sales, I can assure you that this is one skill you must master if you want to enroll more
clients and customers (and therefore make a greater impact through your business).

If you want a successful business, there's simply no way around discovering how to close the
sale more often.

Shift your business model
n o. 10 for scalability

It’s possible to shift how you deliver your work to your clients and customers, so that you can
accommodate twice as many clients or customers, without being the one to work more. In fact,
doing this will have you work less than you’re working now.

The business model that got you “here,” working one-on-one with your clients and customers
(hours for dollars), won’t get you “there.” To make twice as much (or 10x as much) you will need
to change the way you offer your services so that you can work with many more people, while
not working harder.

This will require that you shift your business model (how you deliver your work to those who pay
you).

It’s time to work one-to-many.

This can mean creating a passive income product, course or program that you sell online,
having associates or “mini me’s” do the work for you, working with groups instead of one-to-
one, or creating a leveraged business model that still involves you somewhat, but is a hybrid of
online-offline, you-associates.

The idea is that you work with 2-10 times the number of clients you have now, while not working
more.

Admittedly, this is often something we teach to those already making $100K+ per year, however,
you can start small even if you’re not yet at $10K per month. I started doing this when I was
making less than $75K per year, and then continued to leverage my business model as my
business grew.

Let me give you an example. In the first few years of business coaching, I was at full capacity as
soon as I hit the 30 client mark. Yes, I had a waiting list and I would raise my rates from time to
time, or create packages that allowed people to stay longer, but in the end, I was stuck at an
income plateau because there was no more time in my calendar to be able to accommodate
additional clients.

Because I didn’t know what I didn’t know about different business models, I hadn’t imagined
that I could very successfully work with 60 or even 300+ clients at the same time, have
thousands of customers a year and actually work less. With my beginner’s mindset, this just
wasn’t on my radar.

Eventually though, I discovered that if I wanted to have a greater impact and make more money
as a result, I had to completely shift how I thought about delivering my work to the clients who
needed me.

I documented the things that were “common denominator needs” amongst the majority of my
clients, created a one day workshop for 20+ people, eventually turned that into an online 10-
week group program that I ran once a quarter, and then took that content and turned it into a
product that sold $300K+ per year in passive income.

Eventually, other programs, events and masterminds were created to allow more people to get
access to what I was offering. There were so many people who needed this information and
now I could provide it to them in a way that one-to-one work would not have been able to.

Then, I brought on brilliant associates who really saw my vision and wanted to work alongside
me to deliver my work to clients, even sometimes without me being there.

I know that this may be a stretch for you as you’re reading this, especially if you’re in the
budding phase of your business (making under $50K). It was for me too, and it has been a big
stretch for many of our members when they first hear of it (even those visionaries who are
already at $500K in revenues). Beliefs such as “they won’t pay for that” or “that’s not what’s
done in my industry” can initially get in the way of seeing this to fruition. But it works.

A longtime member of the Boldheart Business program in Austria is a dermatologist who not
only has brought on two associate doctors (she never thought she would do that), she also now
has an online program (in English) with clients worldwide.

A health practitioner in North Carolina went from a small practice to a group practice, eventually
bringing on associates to take over all her clients, and she now has a large school where she
teaches other health practitioners how to apply functional medicine to help their clients and
patients to get better results. She will clear $1.5 million in her business this year, while working
less.

A researcher in Ohio went from being the sole provider of data services to help government
and nonprofit organizations measure outcomes to having a million dollar business because she
switched her business model to a team of associates. She is now working on an app and an
entirely different business (leading mastermind groups of leaders of nonprofits to help them
grow strategically using data.) This will be another 7-figure revenue stream for her in less than 18
months and she is actually working less now than she did when she was at 5 figures and even 6
figures a year ago.

The key for this is to leverage your intellectual property and turn your business into one that’s
process-driven or methodology-driven, rather than about you, the person.

For solo-business owners who are just starting out, we invite them to start thinking about this
now by documenting their intellectual property. And for those who already have some sort of
traction ($50-$100K), we guide them to set up a business model beyond just one-to-one so that
the delivery can eventually be 1) delegated to someone else, 2) partially automated or put
online, or 3) a group or product-based delivery.

Again, this may be a stretch from where you stand now, and yet I do hope that you can see,
even if it’s just a glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel, that it is indeed possible, in any
business regardless of the industry, to make twice as much working less. It’s just about following
a process to get you out of the day-to-day delivery and shifting the way you offer the work so
that you can work one-to-many. That’s how you scale and also gain freedom of time.

Admittedly, trying to think of how to do this on your own can feel very daunting (it’s very difficult
to do this without the expert knowledge). That’s why we’re here. As you read these teachings, if
you begin to perhaps doubt that this would work for you too or whether it could ever apply to
your industry, I invite you to suspend disbelief for just a few moments and please reach out
(BoldheartStrategySession.com) and apply for a strategy call. It’s free.

We are here to lovingly show you how this is truly possible in your business too. We want to
hear more about your particular situation, hear what’s not working and where you’d like to be in

Get a mentor who is already
n o. 11 where you want to be

If you could have doubled your business revenues by working less, you would have done so
already. To accelerate your results, you will need to get some guidance and support.

I have long said it’s really difficult to give yourself a very good haircut. For one, cutting hair is
likely not your profession. It’s not what you were trained in or have a unique talent for. Also, it’s
probably not the thing you do for 9 hours a day, 5 days a week, and have been doing for 15
years. More importantly, it’s difficult to see your own blind spots and anticipate problems you’ve
never experienced.

You get a good haircut when you reach out to a professional and you get an exceptional,
stunning new look when you work with the best in their field.

If you were to require a brain surgery, this would not be the moment to reach out to a general
practitioner or even worse, to a friend who is starting medical school. No. A serious situation
requires guidance from an exceptional expert who knows what they’re doing and who does this
successfully all day long.

The same is true for getting help to grow your business. This is what I discovered for myself.

In the beginning of my business, I thought I could do it on my own. I assumed that my corporate

career in advertising, marketing and sales would be enough to help me fill my practice and
make some decent money. At that point, all I was dreaming about was just to make $65,000 per
year consistently (that’s $5,400 per month). Making that in my own business would have felt like
the epitome of success for me, as it was the last salary that I had made working in corporate.

But on my own, I was struggling to even make $2K per month. I was disheartened, embarrassed
and I really questioned whether I should/could stay in business for myself. I didn’t know what I

didn’t know about growing a business to a sustainable level, and certainly not how to get it to
$10K per month consistently, let alone how I could ever get it to the multiple 7 figures that it is
now. That would have been unthinkable from my own limited mindset and knowledge base.

It’s not until I surrendered to the idea of getting some help with my business that things starting
falling into place rapidly. Even though I initially resisted getting business training and coaching
(the expense!) I took the leap of faith and plunged in with both feet, and was wowed to see that
my income doubled that first year.

But then, I went back to working solo thinking I could figure out how to grow to the next level on
my own again. What I didn’t realize then was that, with each new level, there was a new devil,
meaning, a new set of things that I would need to learn, new processes to implement, a different
level of accountability.

In my initial resistance, I joined or formed peer-based free masterminds. But because there was
no skin in the game, no one took it seriously after the initial few weeks. Worse, because there
was no one who was already where we wanted to be (meaning, a full 10x revenues ahead of us)
and it was the blind leading the blind. In my quest to save money, I was actually losing money
because I was losing valuable time. The opportunity cost was substantial.

That’s where I made the lifelong decision to no longer go it alone. I looked up the ladder and
asked myself, “Who is already doing what I’m doing but 10x bigger? What business owner is
already where I want to be and are they willing to teach me everything they know? Who has the
life that I want and is willing to show me how to do the same?”

I realized that to quickly leapfrog into my next level and avoid all the painful and time-consuming
lessons, I would need to invest of my time, my energy and my financial resources. Yes, there
was the expected resistance at first. Trying to do this “on the cheap” was self-sabotage at its
best, like shooting myself in the foot repeatedly and wondering why I was bleeding.

I vowed to always work with strong mentors who had proven processes they were willing to
share.

And I have never looked back.

Getting the best mentorship you can afford (even if it’s a little outside your financial comfort
zone) is an act of self worth and self love. It’s you saying, “I believe in myself enough to get the
very highest and best support possible and to no longer cheap out.”

Listen, you’re a smart woman. If you could have done it on your own already, you would have.
And it takes a strong woman like you to vulnerably admit that you don’t know what you don’t
know.

Here’s my advice:

1. Look up the ladder and search out a business mentor whom you resonate with.
2. If you are a woman, seek out another woman who has “feminine boldness.” She’ll be able to
better understand you than someone who has very masculine energy.
3. Seek someone who already has a size business you want for yourself (someone who can
show you the ropes and help you avoid the pitfalls) so you can borrow her 10-25 years of
mastery.
4. Watch her videos and testimonials to get a feel for whether you will get results from her.
5. Then, take the leap of faith and hire her.
6. Do what she says; let her guide you and tell you, “I’ve been where you are and now I’m on
the other side of it. Do this, not that.”
7. Follow the steps and processes she’s created that have already worked and been vetted by
hundreds and hundreds of other people like you (without overthinking it too much).
8. Borrow her belief in you until you believe it yourself.
9. Just get in the kitchen and follow her recipe.

That’s what I did; except, sadly, I couldn’t find a woman that was all this for me. Which is why I
created the Boldheart Business program for the legions of women business owners (and a few
good men who don’t shy away from learning from a bold, feminine mentor) so they could get all
they needed to grow. This is the proven recipe.

If you resonate with me and what you’re reading here, perhaps we should talk. You can watch
this video invitation from me (BoldheartStrategySession.com) to set up a exploratory call about
what it would be like to join the Boldheart Business program yourself. This strategy call is free.

(Our coaches are here to listen deeply about your business challenges, where you’d like to be
in 12-24 months and we’ll help you map out a plan for getting there, whether it involves us or
not. We are happy to help either way.)

Surround yourself with
n o. 12 other boldly advancing
entrepreneurs
The majority of solo-business owners are people who are high-idea generators and who love to
start new things, but in isolation and with no accountability along the way, they rarely finish
things or get great traction. In a tribe of other growth-focused business owners with built in
accountability structures, you finish what you start and get so much more done than you ever
would on your own.

I have always believed that we don’t get results from things we don’t finish or fully implement.
Example: You may work on a marketing project for 8 hours, 8 weeks or 8 months, but if you
don’t bring it to completion and actually implement it, you may as well not have spent even 8
minutes on it.

This creates two problems for us solo-preneurs:

1. The first problem is isolation (especially for women business owners who are naturally wired
for connection and relationship). In a vacuum, we tend to get distracted and question
ourselves.
2. The second problem is a lack of accountability, not having structures in place to make sure
that we finish what we start and stay the course so we actually get to our stated goals.

Both will keep you exactly where you are now and will prevent your growth.

About isolation:

Do you sometimes feel alone too, like you’re the only one pushing the boulder up the mountain
on your own? Are you like the rest of us in that you sometimes feel isolated in your solo

business, unsure if you’re making the right decisions because you’re operating in a vacuum,
without any wise feedback?

Sometimes, you feel like you’re all over the place, going from one idea to the next, without clear
direction and a real plan?

Unfortunately, for almost every solo business owner I’ve ever met (and I’ve met tens of
thousands), this silent “killer” that is isolation can lead to self-doubt and a severe loss in
confidence. Maybe you know just what I mean.

In a situation where we only have ourselves to rely on, unsure if we’re actually making the right
move, this can be disastrous to our business and lead to inadequate growth.

One of our members, Ale B, spoke on my Mindset Retreat stage not too long ago about how
isolation was keeping her crippled and how, with the right tribe of entrepreneurial friends
walking the path with her, she was able to triple her business revenues in just one year.

She perfectly described what is probably your own journey right now. You can watch her moving
testimony here (Boldheart.com/blog/dare-not-fall-love/).

The fact is, when you align yourself with a community of like-minded business owners who all
have a common goal (say, getting to $10K per month consistently or reaching 7 figures in 3-5
years) there is extra motivation to keep going and you reach your goals so much faster. It’s really
hard on your own, and it’s 10 times easier when you have people who see the best in you and
who fiercely believe in you. It changes everything.

You don’t just feel “boosted” by being in community, you also get what you need faster than
trying to figure it out on your own. You go from taking two days to research something on your
own, to getting your answer in 10 minutes because you’ve asked your tribe for the one resource
you need, knowing that someone will have it. Within minutes, you get what you need.

All your questions get answered. Your fear dissipates. You gain clarity and confidence. And
that’s when you boost your business forward dramatically, and make a lot more money.

About Accountability:

You and I are (literally) not wired to finish things. I know this after seeing the assessment results
of hundreds and hundreds of our typical members, and the data points to the fact that we are

very comfortable starting new things, but not finishing them. We are high-idea generators,
people who love the thrill of starting something new, but we simultaneously find it difficult to
stay focused or motivated once the project is underway.

Which greatly delays results, sadly. (Believe me, I’ve been there many times; it’s how I’m built
too.)

Society as a whole tends to shame those who love to improvise and who get distracted by
Bright Shiny Objects. This same society doesn’t realize that we are not built to finish things on
our own, at least not without structure and systems and daily prioritization and accountability,
and most importantly, a place where we feel like we belong, where we are loved.

That’s why you need a different environment to create new results, especially if you want to
make twice as much (or more) in less time.

Here’s what you need:

1 . P E RSON A LI Z E D MA P
Your customized action plan for each year, tailored to your needs
A customized 60-minute strategic planning session where you get your plan for each year, with
your very own implementation schedule.

easily. All the planning work has been done for you. (Don’t think, just follow the proven recipe.)

3 . LIVE RET R E AT S
Electrifying meetings for deep learning, mindset shifts, best practices and transformation
We create sacred spaces of non-judgment, personal connection and deep learning, where you
make deep shifts and create friendships that last a lifetime.

The friendship and unconditional love you’ve been looking for your whole life
Our buzzing Facebook group is your place to share wins, get feedback, ask for resources, and
foster deep friendships. This is the unparalleled unconditional support you’ve always wished
you had.

For close to 20 years, I was seeking this elsewhere and couldn’t find it. None of this was
available in one place. And so I created it for others. These are the “secret sauce” elements of
the Boldheart Business program, and why hundreds of women business owners choose to grow
with us, as opposed to going elsewhere.

(In the last pages of this blueprint you are reading, I outline all of what we provide, in case
you’re interested.)

Now what? Here’s what you can do next.

Congratulations! You now have all 12 activators to making twice as much, while working half the
time. What will you do with them?

I have long believed that results don’t come from more knowledge, but from a shift in behavior,
and that we can’t do “it” alone (if we could have, we would have).

Imagine, for a moment, that you could shift your results by simply removing isolation from the
equation and adding in the crucial accountability you need.

What could happen? (Seriously, imagine.)

And conversely, imagine for a moment, what would happen if you did absolutely NOTHING and
stayed in the exact same situation you’re in now, working in either total or scattered isolation for
the next few years.

Which feels better? (Answer this one honestly, There is no “right” answer, just your truth. You
don’t need to share the answer with anyone. This is for you.)

I can tell you that it changes a LOT of things when you decide to seek a like-minded community,
especially one that understands that every “high flying kite” needs a “solid string” to keep it
steady and going in the right direction. We see this everyday at Boldheart.

We hear from our new members, as they exhale in relief that they too feel like they’ve found
their home…and that they don’t feel lost anymore, because they know exactly what to do now.

That’s priceless in the course of a solo business. It allows you to stay focused on what matters
most, and because of the right structure and accountability measures (that help you finish what
you start) you accomplish so much more than you would on your own.

Isolation is not a “forever problem” because it’s a “solvable problem.” Same with lack of
accountability. Whether it’s here at Boldheart, or somewhere else, it’s a problem that you must
solve if you want to grow, especially if you want to make twice as much, working half the time.
