IT Site Engineer

This position based in Sydney and reports to Australia IT Manager. This position, in collaboration
with other IT groups in region and headquarter, will be responsible for site operation and all
infrastructure related project implementation in Australia and New Zealand.

This position will act as an extension of the corporate IT group for escalation purposes and when
local knowledge or in time zone support is required, ensuring operational excellence at the site.

 Provide support for in Australia and New Zealand offices including Network, Virtualization
platform and Unified Communication etc.
 Implement and maintain network and other infrastructure system based on Microsoft
standard support model.
 Provides escalation support to helpdesks and may provide support to end users directly as
requested.
 Escalates issues to corporate tier-2/3 support team as necessary.
 Provides weekly/monthly report to IT Manager.
 Follows Microsoft IT standards and procedures and ensures predefined support metrics
including configuration compliance, SLA & client satisfaction etc. can be met.
 Works closely with the business, regional PM, corporate functional teams and IT suppliers to
implement all infrastructure related projects at the site.
 Assists IT Manager on annual/quarterly IT business review.
 Assists IT Manager on driving IT processes.
 Provides executive/VIP support in business or non-business hours as per request.
 May take on regional initiatives or projects.
