Hand BookAcknowledgement ‘This handbook was initially developed as part of the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee ‘Act Environmental Benefits (MGNREGA-EB) Project. It isa bilateral project between the Government of India and the Federal Government of Germany, which is being implemented with Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD) and GIZ *, in the three states of Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh and Andhra Pradesh, This handbook draws from the pilots on NRM oriented MGNREGA planning and implementation done there in convergence with MGNREGA, PMKSY and other state funds and schemes. This handbook was presented at the National Resource Training Team (NRI'T) orientation workshop of Sasha capacity building programme of MoRD at National Institute of Rural Development (NIRD), Hyderabad from 27-30th June 2017.
