Introduction:

Course work 1:

Through coursework the student the project manager should be the project manager who
successfully manages and manages the project by focusing on several factors such as the time
(beginning and end of the project) and the quality factor (the quality of the materials used in the
project and the quality of the workflow in a good and orderly manner). One of the most
important things in the success of any project is the good management of civil engineering. The
building being constructed by the student is a two-story residential building (basement and
ground floor). The role of the student's work plans and the management of the activities and the
work of the project schedule. The objective of this study is how to organize and manage the work
of building a two-story house. The Organization and management of the project as follows:

 Devel๐p a project ๐utline after the structuring process.

 Clarify important programs in the project such as (WBS)

 Manual drawing [GANT SHART] Using the program t๐ determine periods and focus ๐n

the critical ๐r difficult period ๐f the project.

 The project is completed in rec๐rd time.

When all the points mentioned above are available, the plan will succeed in reducing the project
duration by about 40% without any problems for all parties involved in the project. After you
connect the information to the resources and activate the project on the Microsoft program,
taking into account the relationship between the duration with the courses after submitting the
scheduling results through the manual graph. We will conduct this course on the Microsoft
project and answer the questions and discuss them through Microsoft project. The use of this
program is very important for a civil engineer who has an important role in clarifying the project
vision. The program helps in identifying problem-solving in a short time and facilitating the
work progress in the project.

The objective of this study is the ability of the student or civil engineer in the project
management unit by providing the most important objectives and how to prepare the actual
schedule for the installation of the building MBE Doreen, which is through detailed mapping
with WBS and Gantt schemes. We then discuss the activity manually on node networks using

Microsoft project. Then we analyze the scheduling results, for example, we will discuss project
duration, critical task, buoys, activity period and critical path. This project helps the civil
engineer and the student to gain experience in resource management, planning, development and
scheduling in general, and the preparation of integrated plans and presentations that contribute to
facilitating the completion of the project in a short period.

Project Analysis:

The objective of this study is the ability of the student or civil engineer in the project

project. Also I will use A4 paper size in manual drawing.

Method:

When using the Microsoft project I collect the results, information and take pictures and will
answer all the questions.

The student works in this project building a warehouse with some facilities such as shipping,
office, reception, storage, collection area of applications, office, and other facilities. Within 10
weeks, the project will be completed and the student will organize and manage the project taking
into account some basic aspects such as a period of time not exceeding 9 weeks and also by
quality and cost. And also follow the objectives of the project plan and monitor the actual
implementation of the site and compare the actual progress against the scheme and tracking
materials and take the correct actions at all stages. In this project, the student uses the Microsoft
project and prepares the project timeline graph. Through this program, we take and discuss the
results and values and analyze the graph and then check them by creating a graph manually such
as ACWPor BCWP,CV,SV.

Project Analysis:

The aim of this work is to use knowledge and skills in the formulation of project plans and
monitoring and how to manage the objective of this work and take corrective actions at each
stage of warehouse construction. Therefore, we will prepare the value table and prepare the Gantt
charts using the Microsoft project and work on an appropriate project plan covering all the
activities. Therefore, the student uses this program in the project and prepares the time frame for
the project. Then we discuss and take the values and results and analyze the graph and then
verify them by creating a graph manually such as ACWPor BCWP,CV,SV.

Method:

In this, work we used Microsoft project to organize and manage project activities and build
warehouses within 9 weeks. This program provides us with data and results required for the
project and can be used Microsoft excel also through these programs that we will use the
scheduling and results in many ways, including obtaining the drawing from the program
automatically and the second hand drawing diagram, which explains the activities required to
organize and manage the project.

I will use the Microsoft project according to the data required for the project. Also use A4 in
manual drawing of activities.
