I. PUPIL DEVELOPMENT
1. Administered Summative Tests in all subjects taught.
2. Assisted pupils during the SPG rally and election.
3. Assisted pupils during the Deworming process.
4. Conducted Phil-IRI Post-test

II. CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT

1. Prepared Daily Lesson Logs.
2. Made instructional materials in all subjects.
3. Used Power Point presentations in discussing some of the lessons taught.
4. Constructed Summative Tests/ quizzes in all subjects taught.
5. Accomplished School Form (SF) 2.

III. PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT

1. Installed new ceiling fan.
2. Put cover for the lavatory cabinet.
3. Planted bougainvillea infront of the classroom, office and plant box.
4. Assisted and helped pupils in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the
room and assigned parts.

IV. STAFF DEVELOPMENT

1. Accomplished and submitted required reports.
2. Participated as part of the First Aid Team during the Earthquake Drill.

V. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
1. Extended monetary aids to the bereaved families in the community.
