In-Service Training is a processed designed to assist teachers to
learn new skills, knowledge and attitudes (KSAs). As a result, these
teachers make a change or transformation that improves or
enhances their performance. These improvements insure that
teachers and the school organization are able to do things better,
faster, easier, and with higher quality and better return on
investment.

grading period; and
Abstraction
- Prepare individual Plan for Professional Development (IPPD) based
