WiT Indie 2019 SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT

SPONSOR: HOPNDGET TRAVELLY SDN BHD

This Agreement shall be effective as of March 5, 2019 by and between OGL CONSULTANCY, a business
registered in MALAYSIA (Reg. No. PC0012722-V), located at No. 6, Solok Bukit Jambul 3, 11900 Bayan Lepas,
Penang, hereafter referred to as the Principal, and HOPNDGET TRAVELLY SDN BHD (Reg. No. 1247151-U), a
company registered in MALAYSIA and located at L6.06 H Space, KPMG Tower, 8 First Avenue Bandar
Utama, 47800 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia, hereafter referred to as the Sponsor.

DESCRIPTION

WiT INDIE was launched on March 15, 2018 as an event and experience designed to empower tours and
activities operators and providers, independents, creatives and start-ups in the digital age.

The purpose of this Agreement is to state the terms and conditions of the sponsorship of WiT INDIE 2019,
which will be held in Penang on March 15, 2019.

SPONSORSHIP COMMITMENTS

1. SPONSOR’S CONTRIBUTION

1.1 Cash sponsorship of RM600 (Malaysian Ringgit Six Hundred Only)

1.2 Working with the Principal to deliver agreed event objectives

2. SPONSOR’S BENEFITS

2.1 An opportunity to showcase products/services in front of a unique audience

2.2 Startups refer to companies or their products 5 years and below

2.3 One (1) table top space at WiT Indie 2019 (Penang)

2.4 Two (2) tickets to WiT Indie 2019 (Penang)

2.5 One (1) ticket to WiT Singapore 2019 Bootcamp on October 14

3. TERMS OF AGREEMENT

3.1 Payment Terms: the Sponsor shall pay the Principal a cash sum of RM600 net of banking or transfer
fees, and payment should be made in full to OGL CONSULTANCY. The Sponsor shall make payment
of the said sum to the Principal within fourteen (14) days upon receipt of the invoice from the
Principal or no later than three (3) days before the commencement of the event, whichever is
earlier.

3.2 If, for any reason beyond the control of the Principal, the event is cancelled at any time, the
Principal shall refund to the Sponsor one hundred percent (100%) of the cash contribution that has
been paid to OGL CONSULTANCY and the Sponsor will be relieved of all other responsibilities under
this Agreement.
