Reflection
In the very last semester of grade 12, I was assigned to do the last project
about improving myself in one way or another. At this point, I aim to improve my
health with the challenge of 30 days dieting. Since I think that I have been gaining
lots of weight recently, and I also think that I should get myself healthier, I found
that once I am getting older health is the things that human should concern and pay
attention to so much because it only gets worse and worse by the time. According to
the project, my proposal is to gain abs muscle, lose my weight and get my legs in
shape. In this sense, I have to do research about how to be healthier which including
weight loss, good diet, proper nutrition and exercise. Moreover, I have to force
myself to do those exercises, neglect processed food, my favorite though, and focus
more on good nutrition and diet. Therefore, the way that I want to present my
knowledge is to create my book that compose of my exercise plan, my diet ideas and
the way to stay healthier. I found writing book is the most creative method in order
to illustrate the information that I have been considering attentively from my own
experience. According to the experiment, I found myself changed a little bit after I
did the exercise couple with changing my eating habit. I also found that exercise
become part of my everyday routine which forced me to do them continuously. I
think it is hard to push myself into the position that I have not been there before, at
first. However, it makes me learnt and improve all the way long. As a result, I am
able to lose weight, 3 kilograms approximately, and gaining muscle including abs
muscle and legs muscle. I did not look slimmer, nevertheless, I look healthier. From
this, I have learnt to love myself more through the experiment. For my ESLO, I
chose strategic learners as one of my learning technique. It have to do the research
on internet, using technology to develop my education. Since in this era, technology
becomes part of human life. It is important as well as easy to use. Therefore, to find
the information about dieting and exercise, technology is the simplest approach.
