Directions:

1. Read the vocabulary for each topic.

2. On the next slide, create a model using ALL of the


vocabulary as labels for your pictures.

3. The model should represent what you know about


each of the topics. Do not just copy and paste an
entire model off of the internet.
Vocabulary for Day and Night

Only a small sliver of moon
Waxing facing the Earth is lighted/seen.

Crescent Half of the side of the moon


facing the Earth is lighted/seen.
Gibbous
More than half the moon facing
New the Earth is lighted/seen.

Full The full circle of the moon facing


the Earth is lighted/seen.
Quarter
On this slide, find a picture of the Moon for each of the names and
definitions on the previous slide. Use names and definitions as labels.
You may add more slides if necessary.
