we find you competent for the Media Role at Ventmode. We are impressed with your background
information and skills. We believe you will be a very resourceful member of the Ventmode’s Team, in
terms of our growth and development. We indeed cannot wait to see you in action. To have a broad
understanding about our products and services , we have put together this handwork to enable you
succeed and adapt to your role.

Your Main Objective:

As a media expert your major objective will be to represent our Cilents and Our Brand.

By accepting the Media role at Ventmode, you have indicated that you agree with our key values.

1. Keep Ventmode’s confidential information confidential.

2. Presenting yourself in a professional manner when representing Ventmode and its Cilents.

3. Financial information about Ventmode and its Cilents should be kept strictly Confidential,
except approved otherwise for communication.

4. You should show innovation and passion while performing your Media role.

Duties

 Promote Ventmode.
 Defend Ventmode.

NON – DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

BETWEEN:

Ventmode

(Herein referred to as “the Disclosing Party”)

AND

A person(male/female) with the capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement( Herein referred to
as “the Receiving Party” )

For the purpose of preventing the unauthorized disclosure of Confidential Information as defined below:

WHEREAS the Disclosing Party and the Receiving Party (the “Parties”) have agreed that the Disclosing
Party may disclose information to the Receiving Party in private Telegram groups , through telegram
private messages , secret chats , through emails and any other means of digital communication.

The Receiving Party agrees with this binding contract that all information that will be disclosed by the
Disclosing Party shall be held to utmost confidentiality and shall not be disclosed to any Third Parties,
except otherwise stated by the Disclosing party.

All agreements made on the above documents (google forms- both payments and application forms)
shall be binding.

If you are terminated or you resign from Ventmode, you must cease to represent Ventmode as a
working member and must never present yourself as a working member thereafter.

If you are terminated or you resign from Ventmode, you must never paint a bad image or do anything
that will/may damage the reputation of Ventmode.

Ventmode reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time without liability if performance
is not met.
