 ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE IN GOOGLE

According to the video, we can observe how is the organizational culture in the
company Google, which could be said that is really good and it could be considered
as a good place to work.

First of all, we can realize about the infrastructure of the company, which is highly
equipped with all the necessary equipment for a correct functioning of the company
such as computers, offices, desks, and everything that employees have to have to do
their work. In addition to this, we can observe that Google gives to their employees a
dining room, a library and a room where they can relax and work with all the comforts,
as well as, they provide to their employees some scooters with which they can
mobilize in the office and it is pet friendly too, so you can go with you pet to your
workplace.

In conclusion, we can say that Google is very concerned about the comfort of their
employees. They want that they feel that the company is like their home and they can
work with freedom and can do in a correct way their functions. In my opinion, what
google does is very good because companies today should prioritize their workers
because they represent the company and if they feel good in their workplace they can
do good things.
