JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title : Warehouse Staff


Department : Warehouse & Logistics
Division : Supply Chain
Reports to : Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor

I. JOB OBJECTIVE(S)

 To oversee and coordinate an effective and timely implementation of daily warehousing activities
and all logistics operational goals inclusive of shipping functions and inventory management.

II. SCOPE OF WORK (Responsibilities and Accountabilities)

 Responsible in the proper handling and storing of materials, equipment, tools and supplies
 Prepares Materials Receiving Report based on supplier’s delivery receipt / invoices
 Prepares requested items as listed in the Inventory Requisition Slip.
 Performs inventory count every end of the year and/or as required.
 Facilitates packaging, loading and unloading of deliveries.
 Endorses to Supervisor received materials for QA inspection.
 Performs visual inspection for items not requiring QA testing, e.g. color, dimension check,
etc.
 Performs regular housekeeping of the area.
 Recommends improvements to the work processes as required/needed.
 Ensures that all coordination and communication requirements are met consistently,
appropriately and correctly.

III. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS STANDARD

EDUCATION
 At least a High School graduate, or completed 2 years of any College degree
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS
 At least 2 years’ experience in similar role.
 Male, Physically fit
 Computer Literate;
 Can handle multitasking.

 With excellent organizational and customer service skills
 With good verbal and written communication skills
