Procedure:
In the main vessel, disperses Carbomer in Aloe barbadensis Leaf Juice. When uniform, add remaining water phase ingredients and start heating to
85oC. Meanwhile, combine oil phase ingredients in a separate vessel and heat with mixing to 85oC. When both phases are at 85oC and uniform,
slowly add oil phase to water phase with strong mixing. When the batch is uniform (but at least 15 minutes after the last of oil phase has been added)
start cooling with moderate agitation. When the batch has cooled to the desired filling temperature, stop cooling and mixing Perform quality

1. In main kettle, combine Sequence 1 ingredients and heat to 65C under Lightnin' mixing.
2. Slowly sprinkle Sequence 2 ingredient into batch and maintain temperature until a clear, uniform gel is obtained.
Begin cooling. temperature and add to combined Sequence 1 and 2 after they have cooled to 55-60C. Switch to sweep when batch thickens.
4. Add premixed Sequence 4 to batch under slow sweep to minimize aeration.
5. In a separate vessel, combine Sequence 5 ingredients at room temperature and mix until all powder is dissolved. Slowly add Sequence 5 to batch
when batch has cooled to 40C.

adjust viscosity .Add the remaining ingredients one by one stirring after each ingredient. Fill the cream into treatment pumps or cream jars

Procedure:
Heat slowly phase A and to (150°F/66°C) to melt the ingredients, stir. Heat phase B to the same temperature. Add phase A to Phase B and stir until

Procedure:
1. Add Carbopol® * Aqua SF-1 Polymer to deionized water.
2. Add ingredients #3 and #4 with gentle mixing.

4. Add remaining ingredients in order with gentle mixing. (Note: Pre-mix Frescolat® with polysorbate 20, and deionized water with EDTA.)
5. Adjust pH (if necessary) to 6.5 for optimal clarity.

Procedure:
1. PART A:
a) Dissolve Disodium EDTA in Deionized Water with mixing. Mix until dissolved.
b) Sprinkle Carbopol® * Ultrez 20 Polymer on surface of Deionized Water and allow powder to wet-out. Mix until uniform.
c) Add ingredients 4-5 with mixing. Mix until uniform.
2. Neutralize batch to pH 5.9-6.3 with Sodium Hydroxide (18%). Mix until uniform.
3. PART C: Add PART C ingredients to batch in order with rapid mixing. Mix until uniform.

Procedure:
Combine A-1; disperse A-2 in A-1 while stirring and heat A to 70°C. Combine ingredients of phase B, then heat to 70°C. Add phase B to A with good
mixing. Homogenize mixture at moderate speed while cooling to 40°C. When temperature reaches 40°C, add premixed phase C; stir gently until
mixture is homogeneous. Adjust pH with phase D to 5.0 then add ingredients of phase E in the listed order. Mix until uniform.
