We, ENACTUS Tacurong would like to inform your humble office with regards to
our organization’s goals, mission and vision as we are aspiring to receive your guidance
and support for the community project that we are rooting to establish.

ENACTUS is the world’s largest experiential learning platform dedicated to

creating a better world while developing the next generation of entrepreneurial leaders

For our team, we created a plan which hopes to transform water hyacinths into
fibers and these fibers into textiles in order to establish an entrepreneurial approach will
benefit our target community; Buluan, Maguindanao. We aspire to help the said
community by developing it economically, socially and environmentally through giving
livelihood to the people within its geographical area, providing economic growth through
marketing and by lessening the population of the ill-resulting water hyacinths.

In line with the abovementioned statements, we would like to humbly ask for your
support and guidance and if possible, we would like to know if there is an available person

in your office who is willing to become a speaker for our upcoming community training
and seminar which will be held in Buluan, Maguindanao. The said event hopes to offer
economic, marketing, financial accounting literacy and other entrepreneurial knowledge
to our target beneficiaries and we believe that your office possesses the right individuals
for the job. Furthermore, we wish to gain knowledge on the process, facilities, technical
skills and technological requirements needed in order to convert water hyacinths into
fibers and the said fibers into textiles. We are hoping that your office would be able to
endorse a capable individual who is more than willing to share his knowledge and ideas
in line with our objective. This will not only help us attain our specified task but at the
same time may contribute to the development of Buluan, Maguindanao as knowledge is
a stepping stone for economic, social and environmental growth and development.
