Dear Sir/Madame:

Greetings of peace.

I am Lyle Joseph Bucol, a Sophomore student from the College of Law of Silliman
University and is currently enrolled in the College of Law and Jurisprudence of your
institution for this semester. As part of my transfer procedure, I was tasked to submit the
necessary documents such as the good moral certificate, honorary dismissal, birth
certificate, transcript of record (TOR), among others. However, despite all earnest
efforts exerted and all other documents already submitted, the TOR section of Silliman
University has informed us, the transferees that they could not possibly send my TOR
just yet because of the failure of some of the professors of the Silliman University
College of Law to submit the grades on time, and consequently, the TOR could not be
released given my incomplete grades. I have gone back and forth to the aforementioned
office and to the College of Law Dean’s Office to do the necessary follow ups,
demanding for updates for almost a month, and to no recourse.

I am now writing to request from your humble office that I be granted an extension for
the deadline of the submission of our TOR.

I hope to hear a positive response from your office.

Sincerely yours,

LYLE JOSEPH BUCOL
