Terms Of Use

By purchasing this set, you are entitled to use the included graphics for
personal and/or commercial use. In doing so, you must agree to the
following terms:

•  When you use these graphics commercially, please place a credit to our store somewhere in
your product.
•  An Educlips icon is included so that you can easily add it to your product.
•  You can link to www.edu-clips.com

•  When using these graphics for commercial teaching products and free items you will give away,
please ensure that your documents are flattened in a PDF form or protected in a way that they
cannot be easily copied or extracted.

•  You may not alter, resell, share or distribute these ‘as is’ images in any form. You cannot sell the
images on their own and they should be used as part of a body of work which includes some
kind of text. Distributing the images as ‘stand alone images’ in products such as flashcards,
collages, posters, puzzles, digitalized embroidery cards, felt shapes packs etc. is not permitted.
Please contact me for clarification or permission to use the images in other ways at

•  It is not permitted to use the images to sell on sites such as ‘Café Press’, ‘Zazzle’, ‘Amazon Inspire’
as well as sites who have a Creative Commons license.

•  These graphics are intended for personal and small commercial use. If you intend to sell more
than 1000 copies of your product, please contact me about large production licenses. This does
NOT apply to teaching resources.

•  EduClips retains the copyright to all graphics and images. When you purchase EduClips graphics,
you are not purchasing the copyright and you cannot claim them as your own.

•  Due to the digital nature of this product, no refunds or returns are available.

•  EduClips is not responsible for any harm resulting from the downloading of images from our
stores/websites. When you open our files, you are accepting responsibility for any harm/
complications done to your property.

•  Types of files are clearly stated in product description pages. Please ensure that you are able to
open the types of files as stated.

The unauthorized reproduction or distribution of a copyrighted work is illegal.

Criminal copyright infringement, including infringement without monetary gain,
is investigated by the FBI and is punishable by fines and federal imprisonment.
