About RainLily
服務的精神
風雨蘭於2000年由關注婦女性暴力協會成立，是全港 We Serve With
首間一站式性暴力危機支援中心，專為十四歲或以上
之受害女性提供二十四小時服務。作為各項服務的協
調機制，風雨蘭提供輔導、醫療、法律及其他適切支
充權 關心

援，協助遭受性暴力的女性重建自尊自信。現時，風
雨蘭每年為超過200名性暴力受害人提供支援服務及接
獲逾2,000個求助電話。

Set up by the Association Concerning Sexual Violence Against C.A.R.E.

Women (ACSVAW) in 2000, RainLily offers sexual violence victims a
one-stop service around the clock, including pregnancy prevention,
sexually transmitted infections screening and treatment, forensic
medical examination, psychological support and legal process
support (statement-taking and court hearing) to female victims aged
14 years or above. Every year, RainLily provides support to over 200
victims and handles over 2,000 hotline calls.

18年間，風雨蘭一直堅持一站式服務予受性暴力傷害的
幸存者，不單是在理念上的探索，更累積了多年在本地實
踐的經驗；在醫院設立性暴力危機中心，見證了醫療與社
會服務跨界別的協作，能更有效地支援性暴力受害人，減
低對她們的二度創傷。因此，協會希望這種一站式服務能
夠穩定持續地得以運作。
本年6月，風雨蘭與香港大學犯罪學研究中心、社會學系
及公共衛生學院合作，舉辦了「性暴力在亞洲—國際研討
會」，就是希望透過不同國家的經驗交流，進一步推動在
醫院恆常設立一站式性暴力危機中心的可行性。
醫護界別之外，法律界朋友的支持亦猶為重要，法律諮詢
服務之外，我們亦努力為性暴力幸存者提供更多法律保
障，今年律政司亦已通過讓成年性暴力幸存者透過電視直
播作供，對於不少關注性暴力幸存者的朋友而言，是值得
鼓舞的進步。

支援工作方面，除了恆常個案輔導及治療小組外，風雨蘭
亦夥拍了媒體創作人，透過社交平台、專欄、媒體藝術等
不同手法，鼓勵性暴力幸存者發聲，透過她們的故事，展
示幸存者們跨越種種社會的壓抑與標籤，活出美麗人生的
勇氣；同時亦希望提升公眾對香港性暴力狀況的了解和關
注。
風雨蘭的合作夥伴來自各階層：一直與協會同行的義工、
充滿勇氣與生命力的服務使用者、慷慨的資助者…在各方
工作夥伴的支持和同事的努力下，風雨蘭的工作才能得到
了社會的認可，令邁向「零性暴力社會」變得有可能。

In the last 18 years, RailyLily has insisted on
providing one-stop service for survivors of
sexual violence and has accumulated years of
practical local experience. We have established
sexual violence crisis centre in hospitals, which
manifests how the cooperation between the
medical and the social service sectors can
assist victims more effectively and to reduce
their secondary trauma. Therefore, we hope
that this one-stop service would continue to
be provided consistently.
In June 2018, RainLily co-organised the
“Symposium on Sexual Violence in Asia” with
the Centre for Criminology, the Department
of Sociology and the School of Public Health
of the University of Hong Kong. It is hoped
that through the sharing of experience
and exchange of information between
international experts in this field, the goal of
establishing one-stop sexual violence crisis
centre in more hospitals can be achieved.

 一站式危機中心 One-stop Crisis Centre

建立一個鼓勵受害者求助的環境是非常重要的。風
雨蘭在九龍和新界均設有24小時一站式危機中心，
致力結合輔導服務及集中不同的專門服務於中心內
進行，以避免受害人四出奔走於不同的部門，減少
受害人重複講述其痛苦經歷的次數。

危機中心地址保密，同時採取溫暖的家居式設計，
環境安全舒適而且保障私隱；設有輔導室、錄取口
供的場地及設施外，亦有設備完善的法醫檢查室和
洗澡室。

在受害人同意下，由警方安排警員到危機中心，讓
受害人不必奔波，在較為有安全感的環境下錄取口
供；同時安排法醫檢查及由醫生提供事後避孕及性
病檢查，減免受害者覆述受害經驗；另外亦會按受
害人需要，提供危機介入及長期輔導。

It was very important to establish an environment that encourages victims
to seek help. RainLily has 24-hour one-stop crisis centres in Kowloon and
the New Territories, offering victims the support they need. Combining
different specialized services together, victims can be spared from running
around and recounting their painful experience repeatedly.
The address of the crisis centres is strictly confidential to protect the
privacy of the victims. They have a warm and homey design with a safe
and comfortable environment. Besides a counselling room and statement
taking facilities, there are also a well-equipped forensic examination room
and a showering room.
With the victim’s consent, police officers would come directly to the crisis
centre so that the victim can give the oral statements in a more familiar
setting without the need to travel around. At the same time, forensic
examination, post-coital contraception and check-ups for sexually
transmitted diseases are provided. In addition, crisis intervention and
long-term counseling are given to victims according to their needs.

我的其中一位服務對象在最後一節輔導會面中送我一幅很有意境的
畫作，畫中是一個獨特而美麗的沙漏。她把自己畫在沙漏的下半漏
斗內安坐著；同時上半漏斗盛載著洶湧的海浪，它的玻璃表面正被
一把利刃刺破。這畫作展現了她對於過去一年接受風雨蘭輔導服務
的感受。正如這個沙漏所表達的意思，她明白到從創傷中走出來的
確需要時間，但感受到輔導過程中她身處一個安全的空間，讓她能
勇於面對那些曾抑壓的情緒波濤。治療的過程縱然艱難，但當性暴
力受害人得到同行者的支持和分擔苦痛，她們便可以從創傷中復原
過來。對我們的服務對象而言，風雨蘭為她們提供了一個不用獨自
面對痛楚的地方。皆因我們一起面對，她們可以從創傷中復原，由
受害者蛻變成「幸存者」。

One of my clients gifted me a beautiful painting of an
hourglass in our last counselling session together. She
drew herself sitting in the lower bulb of the hourglass,
while the upper bulb was pierced through with a knife,
and filled with ocean waves. This painting expressed
how she felt about coming to counselling at RainLily for
the past year. She learned that recovery from her trauma
took time, as represented by the hourglass, but she felt
that counselling gave her a safe place to face the turbulent
waves of emotions that she had tried to suppress. Although
the journey of recovery is never easy, a survivor of sexual
violence can find healing when they have someone to
share and process their pain with. For our clients, RainLily
provides a space where they do not have to deal with their
pain alone. As we face the pain of their trauma together,
they are able to heal and grow from a victim to a survivor.

我很感激風雨蘭的社工，因為只有在她們面 在風雨蘭，我不必擔心要面對令我措手不及的
前，我才能夠把心底話說出來。 反應或問題，社工明白我的心情和我的擔憂。
在社工的引導下，我講出自己的心聲。每次的

「凝．動」計劃於2012年開展，為外籍勞工、
少數族裔、尋求庇護、難民婦女及青年女性提
供與性暴力相關教育及支援服務。同時，我們
「凝．動」提供以下社群教育項目 :

風雨蘭每年均舉辦熱線義工訓練，培訓女性義工提供即時 為了令社工、警員、記者、律師及醫護人員等
情緒支援予性暴力受害人及其家人。風雨蘭今年為33名新 專業人士了解性暴力受害人的需要，以及認識
義工舉辦了10節工作坊、訓練營及實習。另舉辦6次義工 處理個案時的重點，風雨蘭本年度為1,031名性
分享會，參與人數達58人，以加強義工接聽熱線的技巧， 暴力受害人支援專業人士提供了共14節諮商、
同時互相分享義工當值經驗，並了解在性暴力議題方面的 培訓及專業講座。

RainLily depends on our pool of female volunteers to provide first line
emotional support for victims and their families. This year, we held 10
training sessions for 33 new recruits and six gatherings for 58 volunteers
to encourage experience sharing. During these meetings they shared
their learning through hotline service, and get updates on the latest
issues on sexual violence in the community.
Caretaking for victims of sexual violence requires sensitivity,
as well as precision of evidence taking. During this year,
RainLily has conducted 14 sessions of training and talks for
1,031 social workers, police, reporters, lawyers and health
professionals.

Walk in Her Shoes」
2017.04.01 / 深水灣麗海堤岸路Seaview Promenade

是次步行活動為籌款之餘，更邀請了一班男士
擔任步行大使，體驗女性穿上高跟鞋的生活，
讓他們及大眾關注因性別歧視及性別不平等而
造成的一切暴力行為，宣揚預防性別暴力的重
要訊息。
Beside raising funds, we have invited our male allies to
be the walkathon ambassador. They had a taste of how
difficult and painful it is to walk in high heels. We hope that
the event has raised public’s awareness of gender-based
violence and emphasized the importance of preventing
violence.

《Arise．性侵幸存者攝影展》
“Arise – Sexual Abuse Survivors’ Portraits Exhibition”.
為了支持幸存者發聲，我們在2017年「國
際終止婦女受暴日」前夕(11月24日)舉行了
《Arise．性侵幸存者攝影展》，展示五位幸
存者堅毅自信的肖像及她們的故事，藉此響應
#Metoo 運動，鼓勵幸存者勇敢發聲，讓大眾
了解更多本地性別暴力狀況，打破沉默文化。

人支援發展之建議，讓社會更加明白本地的性暴力
問題及受害人的處境。
To have a better understanding on the needs of victims and to
review the current situation of sexual violence in Hong Kong,
RainLily has presented our service data from the year 2010 to
2017. Dr. Philip SL Beh, forensic medical specialist has also
