Situation

Engr. De Pano, a Civil Engineer in Epitome Dream Builders always keep his word to
finish his work on a given time. He always complies for the best he could for their client in order
for him to maintain his honor as a Civil Engineer. A Civil Engineer is responsible for the safety
and rigidity of the structure. He always follows the design parameters and building codes in
order to maintain his integrity of being an Engineer. Because of these values he always attained
a good quality structure.
