Based on the chapter I the writer has explained the background until the

problem of study, which discusses the reach the purpose in the writer’s scope. In this

chapter the writer will explain about the definition of management service according

to the dictionary that is fixed and also according to the society that is real or internet.

The definition of management service certainly tells differently. That proves that the

definitions of management service include a large understanding and proper discuss.

Management service has purpose to make the service more optimum as stated in the

Service is the important things for all of tourism objects. With service, the

international visitors fells comfortable. Service is the main information which is

needed by the visitors. There are many services in the temple such as the ticket, the

information around the temple, and the guide service. The first activity when we are

visiting the temple is buying the ticket. As we have known, the price of the ticket for

international visitors is more expensive than the domestic visitors this statement

Many international visitors are disappointed with the temple condition

because the temple condition is dirty and many stupas are broken. And many

international visitors are not satisfied with the temple condition because of the bad

From those statements we know that many visitors disappointed with the

temple condition because the temple condition is bad and about the ticket pric e and

the guide service. So, the writer wants to solve the problem of study but before solve

the problem the writer needs to learn more about the problem of study. Because of the

problem of study is covering a large understanding the writer will explain in the next

chapter. That is problem
