REPORT ON TWO SAMSUNG CELL PHONES: GALAXY GRAND PRIME AND J6
Introduction
This report compares two cell phones developed by the same company (Samsung)
and recommends one of the two models with the purpose of acquiring one of them

Price
There is a significant price difference between the two cell phones. The price of
Grand prime is $2300 pesos and J6 costs $3500 pesos. Grand prime is cheaper
than J6 but the price depends on the characteristics of the cell phones because two
phones have different things.
Size and weight
Galaxy Grand Prime has a touch screen length of 5 inches(126.4mm), so it’s smaller
than the 5.6 inches(142.5) touch screen of the J6 also J6 has a 154g weight and
Galaxy Grand Prime has 156g, so there's no a significant difference between both
devices.
Camera
Both phones have cameras, but in Grand prime the resolution is 8 MP and in J6 is
13 MP.
That means the resolution in J6 is better than the Grand prime and it takes better
photos.
Image quality
At this point we have the biggest difference between both phones, Galaxy Grand
Prime has a 540x960 qHD image quality against the superior image quality of the J6
of 1480x720 HD. Galaxy Grand Prime has a 5 MP front camera and J6 a better
camera with 8 MP resolution
Performance
 a) Processor
J6 is faster than Grand prime because it have a faster processor and 8 cores,
that means the J6 do the task faster and sometimes two or more apps run
without problem.

b) Storage
In Grand Prime the internal storage is 8 GB and in J6 is 32 GB. So in J6 it is
difficult fill the storage and in Grand prime the storage fill faster.

c) System
Both phones have Android but in J6 has 8.0 Oreo and in Grand Prime has 4.4
kit kat. That means in J6 more apps running very good in the system and in Grand
Prime not all the apps running in the phone.
Image quality
At this point we have the biggest difference between both phones, Galaxy Grand
Prime has a 540x960 qHD image quality against the superior image quality of the J6
of 1480x720 HD. As well Galaxy Grand Prime has a 5 MP front camera and J6 a
better camera with 8 MP resolution
Battery
We could say at this point that our devices are similar because Galaxy Grand Prime
battery its able to work 12hrs until it turns off against the 11hrs battery duration of the
J6.
Conclusions and Recommendations
If you want to enjoy the best experience with your device the best option, based on
the previous points, is the Samsung J6 that exceeds the Galaxy Grand Prime.
