KOMATSU aeSTANDARD VALUE HPV95 + 95: PISTON PUMP ‘SEBHS37572 20f21 Note 1: 1) This document describes performance stan- dard values, which are necessary to check quality of the piston pump, HPV95+95 (corre sponding to 105+105 cc/rev.) mounted on the following serial numbers of PC200-6 series (m/ ) and of the standard specification by using the hydraulic test stand: + PC200-6{m/c} : #99472 — + PC210-6(mn/c} : #31199 ~ 2) Each reference value table describes both the partial test and the full test, and standard val ues to be adopted depend on the test condi- tions selected from the reference value table according to the hydraulic test stand to be used for the quality check. (1) The hydraulic test stand, KHT75, or equiva- lent (Partial test) “Partial” of test conditions and of standard values is adopted in the standard perfor- mance table. (2) Hydraulic test stand having capacity equiva- lent to production plant (Full test) “Full” of test conditions and of standard val- ues is adopted in the standard performance table. Note 2: The standard performance document includes “Performance Specification Diagrams” of PC valve performance and LS valve performance for the standard test. (2) Values in (in the PC control performance reference value table are for reference. (3) Measure the difference (4PL) of differential pressure of the LS control performance in the Full test and check if the filter is loaded. Sinoe it is not acceptable for the partial test, be sure to clean the filter after the test. 2) Open and close the stop valve (S1) slowly while watching the pressure gauge. 3) In the LS valve control performance test, mea- sure the pump pressure A=34.3MPa (350kg/cm*) for less than 1 minutes after the flowrate has re- duced. + This is for preventing pump parts from being damaged. 4) Add the flowrate (Q3) to be drained from the stop valve (S1) to the minimum flowrate (Qmin) and to the pump discharge (AT) in the LS valve control performance test. + min = 02 +03 (2/min.)
