Allocation methods :

Allocation of Items can be done by 3 methods.

AUTOMATIC :

If the "Auto Allocate" and the "Auto Pick Confirm" flags are checked in the
Release Sales Order form , then the Items are automatically allocated and
transacted
to the staging subinv.

MANUAL ALLOCATION AND TRANSACT :

If the "Auto Allocate" and the "Auto Pick Confirm" flags are not checked in
the Release Sales Order form , then we can manually allocate and transact them from
the
Transact Move Order form in the Inventory responsibility.

SEMI - AUTOMATIC :

"MOVE ORDER PICK SLIP" program is run , giving the Sales Order Numbers as the
Parameters and the "Auto Allocate Approved Lines" as Yes
