A. STUDENT DEVELOPMENT
 orientation of school policies, classroom/shop rules and regulations
 Attended classes 90%
 Participated different school activities eg. Nutrition month, Buwan ng Wika,
Teachers Day, and High School Day etc.
 Participated mass dance in Municipality Foundation
 Promoted 100%
 100 percent passing rate on Computer Systems Servicing NCII on both
Junior and Senior High School held last March 2018
 Trained Grade 12 students on Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW)

B. TEACHER DEVELOPMENT
 Conducted and administered teacher in every sessions as per class
schedule with complete unit of competencies based on the
CBLM/Curriculum Guide
 Kept records and documents of students in relation to learner’s individual
performance and status
 Required student’s to perform. Unit of competency every Grading period
 Provided learning materials/consumable materials for their practicum in
every unit of competencies
 Attended classes promptly
 Attended Faculty and Staff meetings
 Attended and participated Word Teacher’s Day @ Surallah Central
Elementary School
 Attended and participated INSET during MPRE last October 22-26, 2018
 Prepared DLL (Session Plan-TVE)

C. CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT
 Checked attendance of the students every session , every grade level
 Prepared DLL (Session Plan-TVE)
 Used ICT in Teaching
 Taught and delivered all the Unit of Competencies
 Maintained good and harmonious relationship to students

D. PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT
 Emphasized the maintenance of orderliness inside and outside the
classroom

 Reminded the students always about wearing of proper/ complete uniform
 Observe OH and S shop polices and practice 5’s

Tantangan last Jan. 27, 2019 and Kalan-an Festival of Brgy. San Felipe
 Attended the 1st Legislative and Executive Assembly @ Brgy. San Felipe
Gym last Feb. 20, 2019
 80 percent passing rate of Shielded metal Arc Welding (SMAW NCII) of
ALS – EST first batch held last June 2018
