2.4.1. Spray Painter

Spray painter is a unit for painting some of the material parts to give some
colour and coating to prevent scratch damage and also aspect of marketing the
product to have a good design. Painting is done by using spray gun to have a
evenly spread paint on the parts. This unit used by operator with pulling the
trigger on the gun to spray paint with pressure from pump

3.3.x CNC Router Cutting Machine

A CNC router cutting machine is a computer-controlled cutting machine to

cut sheets of metal using plasma. With this machine the cutting is automated the
user only need to input a picture from a drawing software such as CAD then
choose the apropriate bit and the machine will start to operate. 2 CNC router is
needed because it is automatic and production rate is pretty fast.

3.3.x Enamel Powder Coating Machine

Enamel coating is really important to increase longetivity, strength and
aesthetic appeal. The enamel powder is applied using an electrostatic charge to
stick to metal. the powder is the opposite charge of the metal so it stick. After the
powder is applied the metal is heated in an oven to make the powder bond with
the metal even stronger. Because the machine is operated manually 6 machine is
needed.

3.3.x Carton Sealer
Carton sealer is a sealing packing machine for carton box. It is the final
part of the production, once the product is finish it is put inside the carrier bag and
then in the carton box. After the box is sealed with the machine it is ready for

3.3.x Auto Screw Driver

For assemblying process, there are some nuts and bolts that have to be
tighten for building the product. The tightning process is done by autonomous
screwdriver so operator dont have to rotate it manually because it will take time to
