To whom it may concern:

I would like to become a member of your staff for the physical therapist position here at

Core Balance Therapy I feel I will be a very good fit. I am an experienced and skilled physical

therapist who likes to help others and make sure they are feeling better at the end of their

session. I know I will make an excellent member of your team.

I recently just graduated at Northern Arizona University with a Doctor of Physical

therapy. I have worked with a variety of people at the various places I have interned at; each

helped me prepare for my future of being a Physical Therapist. Through these internships I have

been able to excel in this field and be able to help a number of patients that have

musculoskeletal pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, etc.

During these internships not only have I gained tremendous skill in various practices

such as Musculoskeletal Pain and others, but my patients have told me how relaxing, caring and

friendly I was towards them. My advisors have told me I was very fun to be around and

appreciated my hard-working tendencies. A skill of mine is that I work well with others and not

only I not only motivate myself but motivate others around me as well.

I have been interested in physical therapy right out of high school. I was always active as

a kid and remain active today. Whenever I am active I help people around me with just simple

motivation or showing them how to do something.

I will contact you in a week to follow up on my application and answer any more

questions you may have As well as, talk about how I can benefit your business. I look forward to

speaking soon and hope to be able to join the community as soon as possible. Thank you for

your time and consideration.

Sincerely,

Alex Lacy
