 Most Amazing People Summit

Most Amazing People (MAP) are professionals in

education, business, entertainment, health, stress
management, homemakers and government.

The purpose is to create awareness, make connections,

and collaboratively brainstorm solutions for the many
challenges facing our communities.

We are at a pivotal time in history where our mission is to

address the 4 points that are plaguing our society.

These include:

1. Mental health
2. Physical Fitness & Wellness

3. Negative thoughts

4. Bullying & Stress Management

We must try at all cost to save our families and our

communities.

M.A.P. is a global phenomenon that centers around the

silent killers of depression, anxiety and mental illness.
M.A.P. approaches the solution from the root, by first
redirecting the negative effects to a fresh source of
nutrients.

We believe if you reinvent the source of intake with

renewed sources of behaviors through the roots, mental
illness will be significantly improved.

laExpose' Productions, a 501c3 non-profit organization, is

mobilizing communities to help fight the 4 points we listed
above.

We are calling on a minimum of 100 people in every

city across the globe to reach 100 people. True grassroots
of "each one reach" one campaign.

We need a Director in every city to volunteer and be a

leader. Larger cities can have more than one.

We can no longer sit on the sidelines and wait for

government help alone. We must take a stand and
accept our individual responsibilities to make a
powerful impact.

Just think about the importance of a child, teen or

adult that need what you have to offer.

We call this campaign (MAP) to recognize World's

Most Amazing People. Some of our goals are to
produce a documentary featured film, podcast, and
webinars.

We will encourage people all over the world and

show that each of us can make a difference.

In addition, we would like to participate and

conclude in the Points of Light and MADD "Make A
Difference Day" annual event.

M.A.P. (Most Amazing People) Directors Agreement
Title
:

This document serves as an agreement between {Director }, hereafter

and laExpose’ Productions-a non-profit organization, hereafter
known as laExpose Most Amazing People (M.A.P).

The Director must be at least 18 years old who desires to mobilize

his/her community with our 4 points mission. As the Director for the
{City / State / Country} for event date on {________________} at
{location/venue }and target audience age group of _____

Both parties agree to abide by the following conditions:

1. The Event will be as follows: {M.A.P. City/State/Country.}

2. The Director will be in charge of the following aspects of the
event: {Organizing, Recruiting, Summit Expenses, Logistics
and Development of the local Summit.}
3. The Director will receive an honorarium from proceeds for
services rendered as a volunteer.

4. The honorarium will be based on a percentage from your

registrations, sponsorships, donors and advertisers for your
scheduled summit no later than 10/15/19.
5. Directors must work with Chairmen and exemplify integrity
and transparency. Director’s duties will include but not be
limited to {seeking a venue at a community center, college,
church, library or hotel with deposits, etc. if needed}.
Directions will be recommended for additional Speaking
engagements as request are made available.
6. Necessary expenses will come from your local summit with
submitted copies of receipt.

7. The Director agrees to use laExpose’ company logo and

personal logo on all promotions.

 8. The Director agrees to acknowledge laExpose’ M.A.P Summit
4-points mission in agenda.

9. The Director will not enter into any contracts on behalf of

laExpose’ or without the Chairmen knowledge or consent. We
will also promote you as the Director and your summit.

10. If the Director cancels within {30 days} of the event he/she
will be responsible for assigning a replacement. Upon
cancellation the director will receive a pro-rate of proceeds
with remainder going to replacement based on your summit.

11. The percentage from each summit will be as follows: 30%

of gross to Director; 20% of gross for expense of summit;
50% of gross to laExpose. If terms are violated, we deem the
right to terminate at any given time.
12. Honorarium is determined depending on the director’s set
registration and sponsorship/donation. All major sponsor and
donors must come through laExpose.

13. Everyone from all gender and race are welcome to participate.
Diversity is key

14. Please submit bio, website and photo with signed form. Please
understand that we will use your photo and or logo for your
promo flyer once you set your date.

15. Signing this form confirms you understand agreement terms

which are confidential. This is a global community service
project. Our results will be sent to National Make A Difference
Day, Oct.26, 2019.
