3. DELIVERY:-
Delivery of the boiler will be within 40 days from the date of
receipt of your technically and commercially clear order with subject to
force majeure conditions.

4. PAYMENT:-
1. 60% advance along with the order.
2. 40% and Tax against Before Delivery of boiler at our site.

5. VALIDITY:-
30 days from the date of this offer.
