JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

That we, FELISA P. ALEONAR, and WARLITA P. LAO, both of legal

age, widow, Filipinos, and residents of Poblacion, Sibulan, Negros
Oriental, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, DO
HEREBY depose and manifest:

That we personally know PELAGIA VALENCIA DESOR, who was

born on May 5, 1933 in Campaclan, Poblacion, Municipality of Sibulan,
Negros Oriental to spouses Domingo Valencia and Leoncia Siplon;

That the facts of birth of PELAGIA VALENCIA DESOR cannot be

secured from the Local Civil Registrar of Sibulan, Negros Oriental
because the records of all birth in the Municipality of Sibulan, Negros
Oriental from the year 1943 to 1944 were destroyed during the
Second World War for the Municipal Building of the said Municipality
was burned;

That we know all these facts because we were neighbors in

barangay Campaclan, Poblacion, Municipality of Sibulan since her birth
and until the present, and that neither of us is related with him either
by affinity or consanguinity and that we are executing this joint
affidavit freely and voluntarily in order to attest to the veracity of the
facts above-stated and for whatever legal purposed this may serve
best;

That we executed this affidavit freely and voluntarily without

any consideration or promise whatsoever or to defraud any office of
the government but just to attest the truthfulness and veracity of my
statements herein.
