JOINT AFFIDAVIT

That we, KATHERINE DIPUTADO BAROTE and RAY PATRIMONIO

CATARATA, both of legal age, Filipinos, single, and residents of Barangay Poblacion,
Sibulan, Negros Oriental, under oath, do hereby depose and manifest:

That sometime in the month of May 2002, we met each other in the house of my
sister in law in Dumaguete City. Negros Oriental and after a month of courtship we
became intimate friends;

That moved by our loved and emotions, we started to cohabit and live together as
husband and wife in barangay Calindagan, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental in July
2002; and that in 2003, we transferred to Puhagan, Valencia, Negros Oriental asnd qn the
year 2004 we transferred to Campaclan, Poblacion, sibulan, Negros Oriental until the
present;

That during our cohabitation, we were blessed with one child in the person Mike
Ian Sensoy, who was born in November 22, 2003;

That we have been living together as husband and wife for more than five (5)
years already; and that there is no legal impediments of our marriage, we being single and
already of marriageable age; hence for our own good and for the future and welfare of
our children, we have decided to legalize our cohabitation by getting married;

That we executed this affidavit freely and voluntarily without any considerations
or promise nor to defraud any agency of the government whatsoever;
