Batac church A historical landmark in the rustic town of Batac is the Our Lady of Immaculate

Conception Church that was built during the Spanish era. It is plastered with the original palitada – a
mixture of lime, sand, water, and molasses or also known as Burgos Lighthouse,

Cape Bojeador Lighthouse also known as Burgos Lighthouse,


is a cultural heritage structure in Burgos, Ilocos Norte, that was established during the Spanish
Colonial period in the Philippines.

The lighthouse was first lit on March 30, 1892, and is set high on Vigia de Nagpartian Hill overlooking the
scenic Cape Bojeador where early galleons used to sail by. After over 100 years, it still functions and
serves ships that enter the Philippine Archipelago from the north and guide them safely away from the
rocky coast of the town

La Paz Sand Dunes is an 85-square-kilometre (33 sq mi) protected sandy coastal desert and
beach located in Laoag, Ilocos Norte, in the Philippines.

jewel of Ilocos Norte.

Standing beautifully in the coast of the town of Burgos, fronting the roaring waves of Bangui Bay,
Kapurpurawan Rock Formation was formed thousands (or even millions) of years ago by accumulation
of particles deposited to the shore by the forces of sea waves and wind, with the aid of gravity and time.
It is a very long process known in science as sedimentation.

Patapat Bridge The Patapat Viaduct is a viaduct at the municipality of Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte, a
coastal resort town on the northernmost tip of Luzon Island in the Philippines.

It is a concrete coastal bridge elevated 31 meters above sea level and 1.3 km long and connects the
Maharlika Highway from Laoag, Ilocos Norte to the Cagayan Valley Region. It rises along the town's
coastal mountains, which is the starting point of the Cordillera Mountain Range that snakes through
Northern Luzon.
It is the 4th longest bridge in the Philippines. The longest being the San Juanico bridge which connects
Leyte to Samar.

Pagudpud beach is a town on the north coast of Luzon Island, in the Philippines. Resorts line the
long stretch of Saud Beach, on the wide sweep of Bangui Bay. The towering Bangui Windmills wind
turbines are arrayed in a row along the coast. East of town, Pasaleng Bay is home to Bantay Abot Cave, a
natural tunnel eroded through the headland, and secluded Maira-ira Beach. Area waterfalls include
Kabigan and Anuplig.
