POWERMINE™ MINING-CABLE SV-AT

———————
(N)TMCGEH3S 6/10 kV 2605 B
3 x 120 + 2 x 50E + 1 x 10P

This specification covers the construction requirements for type POWERMINE (N)TMCGEH3S cables
rated for use at 10 (Um 12) kVand conductor temperatures up to 90 °C.

1 Application
Heavy duty portable power cable for rough use with mobile mining equipment, such as shuttle cars,
continuous miners, cutting or loading machines, conveyors, drills or pumps in wet or dry locations. For
three-phase AC where selfcontaining grounding conductor as well as a ground monitoring conductor is
required. Specially designed for reeling applications.

2 Standards
In line with:
DIN VDE 0250 part 813: Cables, wires and flexible cords for power installation – Trailing cable
DIN EN / IEC 60228: Conductor flexible rope-lay stranded
DIN VDE 0207 part 20: Insulating and sheathing compounds for cables and flexible cords:
Rubber sheath compounds

*) Hytrel® is the DuPont registered trademark for its brand of thermoplastic polyester
elastomers. The polyether-ester block copolymers combine many of the most desirable
characteristics of high-performance elastomers and flexible plastics. Hytrel® offers a
unique combination of mechanical, physical, and chemical properties that qualifies it for
demanding applications. The various grades of Hytrel® exhibit a wide range of
flexibility/stiffness and processing capabilities.

Stranding The three phase conductors are stranded with two grounding and the ground check
conductor in the interstices with a left hand lay.

Jacket (D) Polyether-based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), abrasion and impact resistant, good
elastic recovery, tear and kick-resistant, oil and grease resistant, hydrolytic stabil,
