 RULES & REGULATIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Acceptance of participation & exhibits will be at the
sole discretion of Kristamedia Pratama, PT. By signing this form,
the Exhibitor / Company agrees to all Terms & Conditions of
Kristamedia Pratama, PT and any other supplementary Terms
issued later
a) Space [Booth(s)/ Stall(s)] will be available on First-Come-
First-Serve basis.
b) The payment schedule for space only, stand service or
package stands is as follows :
a. 50% as down payment one week upon
confirmation of participation.*
b. Balance by dates specified on the contract.
c) Exhibitors will not be allowed to occupy their space or
stands if the payment terms specified on the contract
are not followed.
d) Booking of Booth / Space will automatically be cancelled
by Kristamedia Pratama,PT without intimation if full
participation/ Booth charges are not received one month
prior to Exhibition date.
e) In the event of the organizers agreeing to any request for
release from the contract, the exhibitor will be liable for
all, or part, of the cost stated in the contract in
accordance with the following scale :
• Cancellation 271 days or more before the show,
15 % of total stand cost
• Cancellation between 270 and 181 days before
the show, 40 % of total stand cost
• Cancellation between 180 and 121 days before
the show, 60 % of total stand cost
• Cancellation between 120 and 61 days before the
show, 80 % of total stand cost
• Cancellation 60 days or less before the show, 100
% of total stand cost
The scale of charges will apply only from the date the
organizer receive written notice. In addition to this scale,
the exhibitor will be liable for any specific costs incurred
on his behalf by the organizers.
f) The decision of Kristamedia Pratama, PT or their
nominee will be final and binding on the participants on
the interpretation of rules & regulations.
g) Sub-letting of Booths is not allowed.

Penerimaan partisipasi & pameran akan menjadi
kebijakan mutlak PT. Kristamedia Pratama. Dengan
menandatangani formulir ini, Peserta / Perusahaan telah
memahami dan menyetujui serta terikat dan tunduk dengan
segala Syarat & Ketentuan dari PT. Kristamedia Pratama dan
Persyaratan Tambahan lainnya yang dikeluarkan kemudian
a) Tempat [Booth(s)/Stall(s)] akan tersedia berdasarkan
“Pertama datang, Pertama dilayani”.
b) Jadwal pembayaran untuk space only, stand service atau
paket stands adalah sebagai berikut:
a. Uang muka sebesar 50% dalam jangka waktu satu
minggu setelah konfirmasi partisipasi. *
b. Sisa tagihan berdasarkan tanggal yang ditentukan
pada kontrak.
c) Peserta tidak diizinkan untuk mengisi booth mereka jika
syarat pembayaran yang ditentukan pada kontrak tidak
diikuti.
d) PT. Kristamedia Pratama berhak membatalkan
pemesanan booth atau stand tanpa pemberitahuan jika
pembayaran untuk partisipasi pameran atau Booth tidak
diterima dalam jangka waktu satu bulan sebelum tanggal
Pameran.
e) Jika peserta pameran membatalkan setelah
menandatangani aplikasi form ini, maka peserta akan
bertanggung jawab untuk semua, atau sebagian, dari
biaya yang tercantum dalam kontrak sesuai dengan skala
berikut:
• Pembatalan 271 hari atau lebih sebelum pameran,
15% dari total biaya stand
• Pembatalan antara 270 dan 181 hari sebelum
pameran, 40% dari total biaya stand
• Pembatalan antara 180 dan 121 hari sebelum
pameran, 60% dari total biaya stand
• Pembatalan antara 120 dan 61 hari sebelum
pameran, 80% dari total biaya stand
• Pembatalan 60 hari atau kurang sebelum
pameran, 100% dari total biaya stand
Ketentuan penghitungan hari dimulai dari tanggal saat
penyelenggara menerima pemberitahuan tertulis
mengenai pembatalan partisipasi pameran. Selain
ketentuan ini, peserta akan bertanggung jawab atas
biaya spesifik yang dikeluarkan atas namanya oleh
penyelenggara.
f) Keputusan PT. Kristamedia Pratama akan bersifat final
dan mengikat peserta pameran pada interpretasi syarat
& ketentuan.
g) Peserta pameran dilarang menjualkan booth-Nya kepada
pihak ketiga.
Saya / Kami dengan ini menyatakan bahwa kami telah
membaca, memahami, dan setuju dengan peraturan &
ketentuan dan peraturan tambahan lainnya yang dikeluarkan
kemudian oleh PT. Kristamedia Pratama
