Eskay  Heat  Transfers  Pvt.  Ltd.  has  been  in  business  since  1977  in  Bangalore,  
India.    Our  founders  Mr.  N.K.  Shetty  &  Mr.  S.N.  Shetty  have  a  rich  experience  in  
design  and  manufacturing  practices  of  heat  exchangers,  silencers  &  pressure  
vessels.    We  are  an  ISO  9001  certified  company.  
 
We  are  a  customer  orientated  organization,  wherein  we  strive  to  exceed  our  
customers’  expectations  with  regard  to  Quality,  On-­‐time  Deliveries  &  
Communication.    We  have  processes  defined  that  assist  us  in  achieving  
continual  improvements.  
 
We  are  ably  supported  by  a  strong  team  of  production  &  quality  control  
engineers,  who  are  supported  by  skilled  /  unskilled  labor  force.  
 
We  also  have  a  strong  and  competent  team  of  design  engineers,  CAD  specialists,  
draftsmen,  estimation  engineers  and  procurement  personnel.    One  who  has  
specialized  and  has  in-­‐depth  knowledge  in  the  area  of  heat  transfer  by  attaining  
a  Ph.D.  in  the  same  field  heads  our  design  team.

We  specialize  in  designing  and  manufacturing  a  variety  of  Heat  Exchangers.    We  
are  one  of  the  leading  manufacturers  of  Shell  &  Tube  Heat  exchangers  to  diverse  
industries  such  as  power  generation,  process,  chemical,  machine  tool  and  
mining  industries.  
 
Other  products  that  we  manufacture  include  mufflers  (silencers),  pressure

MANUFACTRUING  FACILITY:  
• We  have  two  manufacturing  facilities  both  situated  in  Bangalore  –  In  
Peenya  Industrial  Area  &  in  Dabaspet  Industrial  Area  
• Machinery  required  for  fabrication  of  heat  exchangers,  silencers  &  
pressure  vessels  that  are  compatible  with  the  various  materials  
mentioned  above  are  available  at  our  premises  
• We  have  a  wide  range  of  handling  capacity  in  terms  of  cranes.    Our  range  
of  cranes  varies  from  a  2  Ton  crane  all  the  way  to  a  20  Ton  crane.  
• Pneumatic  pressure  testing  facility  up  to  6  bar  and  hydraulic  pressure  
testing  facility  of  up  to  100  bar  is  available  with  us.
