Terms  &  Conditions  
 

Availability  of  crew/professional(s)  cannot  be  guaranteed  until  booking  is  confirmed.  Travel  and  
accommodation  expenses  outside  of  crew’s  base  city  (metropolitan  area)  will  be  charged  at  cost.    
Payment  can  be  made  to  BIZFILM  MEDIA  LLC  (“Production  Company”)  by  wire  transfer  or  by  credit  card  
(Note:  5%  fee  applies  if  payment  is  made  by  credit  card).    
• A  50%  advance  deposit  is  required  to  book  crew/professional(s).  For  quotes  in  the  amount  of  
US$550  or  less,  full  payment  in  advance  applies.      
• The  remaining  balance  +  additional  expenses,  if  incurred,  is  due  upon  completion  of  assignment  and  
can  be  paid  by  wire  transfer,  credit  card,  or  check.      
• Please  send  the  full  amount  due.  Any  transfer  or  banking  fees  must  be  paid  by  Contracting  Client.    
Late  payment:  Contracting  Client  agrees  to  be  liable  for  a  late  payment  fee  of  10%  per  month.      
• In  the  event  of  a  deposit  made  by  credit  card,  Production  Company  reserves  the  right  to  charge  the  
same  card  for  any  remaining  balance,  plus  late  fees,  when  payment  is  over  90  days  overdue.    
Copyright  to  the  footage  and  title  of  ownership  to  the  rights  and  proceeds  of  Production  Company's  services  
shall  not  transfer  until  full  payment  is  made.    
Delivery  terms:  Footage  can  be  transferred  to  a  hard  drive  on  location  by  request.  FTP  transfers  also  
available.  Details  to  be  discussed  with  Contracting  Client,  delivery  times  depend  on  size  of  files.    
Day  rate  is  for  8  hours  unless  stated  otherwise  in  the  quote  details  above.    
Overtime  is  calculated  at  a  rate  equivalent  to  day  rate/8  *  2,  or  as  specified  in  the  quote  details  above.    
Meals  are  not  included  in  the  quote.    
Footage  and/or  final  output  of  the  creative  work  performed  may  appear  in  the  Production  Company's  
promotional  reel(s)  together  with  other  works  produced  by  the  Production  Company  as  part  of  a  non-­‐
commercial  representative  sample  of  the  Production  Company's  work.    
Cancellation  and  Postponement:    
Contracting  Client  acknowledges  and  agrees  that  the  Production  Company  and  its  technicians  are  blocking  
out  specific  time  based  upon  a  firm  commitment  from  the  Contracting  Client.  The  parties  agree  that  the  
following  cancellation  /  postponement  policies  are  incorporated  as  part  of  this  agreement:    
1) If  notice  of  cancellation  /  postponement  is  received  three  (3)  business  days  or  less  prior  to  the  
commencement  of  the  production  services,  the  Contracting  Client  will  be  liable  to  the  Production  
Company  for:    
1. All  out  of  pocket  costs      
2. Full  production  fee  on  the  job  as  bid      
2) If  notice  of  cancellation  /  postponement  is  received  more  than  three  (3)  business  days  prior  to  the  
commencement  of  the  production  services,  the  Contracting  Client  shall  be  liable  to  the  Production  
Company  for:    
1. All  out  of  pocket  costs      
2. Not  less  than  50%  of  the  production  fee  as  bid
