Work you’ll do
Deloitte needs professional having technical expertise to help our clients on developing end to end solutions in
Oracle EBS implementation/ upgrade project.
The roles and responsibilities includes:-
 Design and develop Oracle FRICEW components
 Able to work on Oracle tools SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms and Reports Workflow, UNIX Shell Scripts
 Design and develop BI publisher reports, SOA integrations, OAF customization and ADF
 Develop good understanding on industry leading practice and independently derive the solution
 Identify and understand architectural pieces, provide direction and technical expertise in design,
development and systems integration
 Able to make quick decisions and solve technical problems to provide an efficient environment for project
implementation
 Excellent communication skills (Written and verbal) and should be able to independently engage with
business stakeholders throughout various phases of EBS implementation project
 Able to provide technical training to teams when required and serve as a technical mentor to team
members
 Provide timely updates to the team leads/supervisor/project manager

Shift Timing: 9AM to 6PM OR 11AM to 8PM

Oracle Enterprise Solutions (OES)


Our Oracle Enterprise Solutions practice provides services from ERP and Cloud Strategy, through Business
Transformation and Applications Implementation, to Operate and Cloud Release Management. We modernize our
client’s business and core environments to leverage technology innovations around Cloud, Digital, Mobility and
Social Collaboration. We help our clients address digital transformation by designing modern applications and
industry specific solutions to deliver outcomes that improve flexibility, scalability and cost management. Oracle
ERP products include Oracle Cloud SaaS, EBS, PeopleSoft, and JD Edwards.
Professionals can expect to deliver “heart of the business” projects and work closely with client leaders in finance,
logistics, manufacturing, shop floor, scheduling, engineering and design, IT, project management as well as the C-
suite including the CEO, CFO, CIO and COO. We assess current business processes and capabilities as part of digital
transformation initiatives and support strategic priorities
Qualifications
Required:
 1 to 6 years of technical experience in Oracle implementation/ upgrade projects
 Experience with Oracles development tools including reports, forms, BI publisher, Workflow Builder and
OAF
 Should have strong expertise in SQL, PL/SQL and analytical skills
 Should have hands on experience in FRICEW components
 Experience in designing, developing, deploying, testing and maintaining technical FRICEW objects
 Good communication skills (Verbal and Written) ,to be able to articulate the problems and make design
decision
 Should of good understanding of oracle implementation methodologies such as AIM
 Knowledge in ADF, ODI, Informatica, OBIEE, SOA or Oracle Cloud will be an added advantage
 Should have worked on Financial / Manufacturing / Distribution / SCM modules preferred.
 Able to demonstrate analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
 Work with team leads in determining design approach and capability of making estimation and planning
 Maintain in-depth knowledge of standards, guidelines, industry trends and best practices across IT
enterprise
 Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or Accounting. Certification
in Oracle will be an added advantage
